★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque eu levei o carro de meu filho para fazer uma manutenção preventiva lá; e eles trocaram uma Gama Enorme de peças e Ítens Sem Minha Autorização e também Fora Daquilo Que Foi Combinado!!!.. Me Mostraram Num Dos Cantos da Oficina, Um Monte de Peças Que Não Autorizei a Trocar!!..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei o carro para revisão e manutenção preventiva, trocaram peças que não precisavam de imediato, o barulho que estava na roda dianteira que era o principal motivo deixei avisado e não tiraram, tive que levar novamente para retrabalho o carro. Conclusão, mão de obra cara, não é tão qualificada, e cobram por todos os serviços minúsculos, até soltar um parafuso.
I took the car for overhaul and preventive maintenance, they changed parts that they didn't need immediately, the noise that was on the front wheel that was the main reason I left warned and they didn't take it off, I had to take the car again to rework. Conclusion, expensive labor, is not so qualified, and they charge for all the tiny services, until they loosen a screw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos nosso carro nessa mecânica para avaliarem os danos que tivemos após um acidente, expliquei tudo o que precisávamos avaliar e após algumas horas, recebemos uma resposta vaga de uma pessoa que não sabia nos explicar nada e nos deu um orçamento de um serviço paliativo "para ajeitar o que estava quebrado e que as peças de substituição não foram encontradas".
Fomos retirar o carro e nos entregarão um orçamento rascunhado, quase ilegível, sem papel timbrado, enfim, a nossa impressão é total falta de profissionalismo, interesse e péssimo atendimento.
Infelizmente só perdemos tempo.
We left our car in this mechanic to assess the damage we had after an accident, explained everything we needed to assess and after a few hours, we received a vague response from a person who did not know how to explain anything to us and gave us a palliative service quote "for fix what was broken and the replacement parts were not found ".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já levei meu carro pra arrumar um determinado defeito e voltou com ar condicionado quebrado.
Os antigos mecânicos desta oficina eram bons, mas agora deixam a desejar. Em outra ocasião fizeram reparo na barra de direção e deixaram os canos hidráulicos fora das presilhas. Tem empresas que não ligam pra clientes.
