★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após primeiro contato com a empresa por telefone para fazer a recarga do extintor que havia sido comprado na própria MECREL , a atendende agendou para dois dias a coleta ( seria dia 27/03) somente vinheram coletar dia 30/03. Tanto a atendente como o responsável pela coleta me deu um prazo de 5 dias úteis para o retorno do equipamento devidamente recarregado. Ligo no dia 09/03 e a pessoa responsável pela entrega me diz que só irá entregar na segunda feira dia 13/03.
Haja paciência e quanta falta de compromisso com o cliente !
After first contacting the company by phone to recharge the extinguisher that had been purchased at MECREL itself, the attendant scheduled for two days the collection (would be on March 27) only came to collect on March 30. Both the attendant and the collector gave me 5 working days to return the properly recharged equipment. I call on 09/03 and the person responsible for delivery tells me that will only deliver on Monday 13/03.
Be patient and lack commitment to the customer!

Atualmente, seu ramo foi diversificado para atender também com vários outros produtos, não só equipamentos contra incêndio. Tem um ótimo estacionamento no espaço ao lado. Acredito que atenda muito bem às demandas da comunidade.
My experience there was good. A very beautiful store, organized and with good assortment. The service was very good.
