★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao chegar na clínica achei que o atendimento seria um atendimento de sus, porém fiquei surpreendida com o atendimento da recepção, da moça que faz o exame de eletrocardiograma e apaixonada pelo atendimento do dr Aderito, cardiologista. Indico mil vezes, atendimento exemplar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Adérito um cardiologista excelente atencioso foi o único que conseguiu me passar remédios que realmente resolveu para minha pressão alta que hoje não passa de 11/7 uma maravilha . Porém preciso ao menos uma vez a cada ano renovar os exames e também marcar com a endocrinologista que atende as terça feira só que infelizmente ótimos médicos que estão cercados de mal funcionários em sua recepção, além do atendimento péssimo presencial o telefone ou só dá ocupado ou toca e ninguém atende ficando impossível marcar consulta o que eu lamento muito.
Dr Adérito an excellent attentive cardiologist was the only one who managed to give me medicines that really solved my high blood pressure, which today is just 11/7 a wonder. However, I need to renew the exams at least once a year and also make an appointment with the endocrinologist who attends on Tuesday, but unfortunately, great doctors who are surrounded by bad employees at their reception, in addition to the terrible attendance on the phone, or are just busy or rings and no one answers, making it impossible to make an appointment which I am very sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Na recepção eles não se entendem. Perderam a ficha de meu marido, que pagou 250 reais na consulta da dr Renata, a qual levou 10 minutos, e nada fez. Por não ter registro. Só que já é a terceira consulta, e está em meio de um tratamento passado por ela. Profissionalismo em extinção.
Terrible. At the reception they don't understand each other. They lost my husband's file, who paid 250 reais at Dr. Renata's appointment, which took 10 minutes, and did nothing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da recepção é péssimo, ninguém atende o telefone. Qdo estou lá eu vejo que eles abaixam o volume e não atendem ninguém. Não sei o que estão fazendo lá.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são ótimos!! Mas a recepção é horrível chegar a desejar!!! A gente espera pra ser atendido na recepção mas ele só conversam! Só vou mesmo por causa dos doutores !! Fora o telefone que eles não atendem!
Doctors are great!! But the reception is horrible to be desired!!! We wait to be attended to at the reception but they just talk! I only go because of the doctors!! Besides the phone they don't answer!
