Liguei por volta de 12:30 para confirmar a consulta e horário da mesma, a atendente me confirmou o horario que era as16h quando cheguei a clínica estava fechada.

I called around 12:30 pm to confirm the appointment and time, the attendant confirmed the time that was at 4 pm when I arrived the clinic was closed.
