★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! As atendentes carecem ser treinadas em atendimento ao público. Agendam médicos por telefone, em horário errado. Nos entregam senhas erradas, depois de longa espera descobrimos isso.Nao nos orientam sobre procedimentos antes de fazer um exame tais como encher bexiga e ainda insistem que estamos mentindo, aí temos que aguardar novamente. Quando era administração do Dr Cerqueira o atendimento era 10 pq ele se preocupava com a Empresa e com os clientes. Agora tanto a Med Imagem qto a Humana merecem nota zero.
Awful! Attendants need to be trained in customer service. They schedule doctors by phone at the wrong time. They give us wrong passwords, after a long wait we find out about it. They don't advise us on procedures before taking an exam such as filling the bladder and they still insist that we are lying, then we have to wait again. When it was Dr Cerqueira's administration, the service was 10 because he cared about the Company and the customers. Now both Med Imagem and Humana deserve zero marks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Marquei um exame, quando fui no dia não tinha agendamento nenhum. A atendente me deu uma senha e 4horas depois quando fui para o consultório vi que ela tinha marcado pra consulta e aí a médica disse que ia fazer o exame mas pediram a solicitação médica, eu não tinha levado porque já estava agendado, e então fiquei mais de 5 horas esperando a toa. E pior os atendentes te tratam ainda com desdém, nem olha na sua cara. Minha vontade foi de cancelar esse plano na hora.
Awful! I scheduled an exam, when I went on the day there was no appointment. The attendant gave me a password and 4 hours later when I went to the office I saw that she had scheduled an appointment and then the doctor said she was going to do the exam but they asked for the medical request, I had not taken it because it was already scheduled, and so I stayed longer 5 hours waiting for nothing. And worse, the attendants still treat you with disdain, they don't even look at your face. I wanted to cancel this plan right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência pela primeira vez foi muito boa achei genial pra quem tem o plano humana e medplan vc agenda seu nome na lista das senhas online pelo negocio bem interessante lá, meu setor tinha, era (otorrino e neuro) Dr. Rodrigo Batista otorrino, é muito gente boa. Então quando vc vai na med imagem vc vai se deparar com muita gente, então ENTENDA QUE *TODAS AS ESPECIALIDADES SÃO LOTADAS ENTÃO VAI DEMORAR PRA CARAMBA JÁ VÁ SABENDO.
Dica pra que esta indo pela primeira vez
*Assim que chegar no prédio de consulta peça informação na recepção a respeito do andar da sua especialidade
* Se comunique pergunte as coisas, não fique acanhado sem saber das coisa. Peça informação das coisas que tudo dará certo.
* Especialidades mais famosas sao as que mais demora pq é muita gente ? então se prepare

My experience for the first time was very good, I thought it was great for those who have the human and medplan plan, you book your name in the list of online passwords for the very interesting business there, my sector had it, it was (ENT and neuro) Dr. Rodrigo Batista ENT, is a very good person. So when you go to Med Imagem you will come across a lot of people, so UNDERSTAND THAT *ALL SPECIALTIES ARE FULL SO IT WILL TAKE A LONGER TO KNOW.

*As soon as you arrive at the consultation building, ask the reception for information about the floor of your specialty
* Communicate, ask things, don't be shy without knowing things. Ask for information about things and everything will work out.
* Most famous specialties take the longest because there are a lot of people ? so get ready

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo nada atualmente. Já utilizei várias vezes e diversas especialidades, mas nesses últimos anos o atendimento piorou. Primeiro que para marcar a consulta foi uma dificuldade tamanha pois o robô só falhava e quando ia passar para um atendente a ligação caia. Então fui num sábado marcar e me informaram que dia de sábado não marca presencial, apenas por telefone. Ok. Depois de muita tentativa consegui marcar. No dia da consulta, a espera para a consulta foi bem maior do que a consulta que deve ter durado menos de 3min. O médico me pediu para fazer uma tc e duas atendentes me informaram que era no outro prédio, fui ao outro prédio e me informaram que era no outro para autorizar, no outro prédio autorizei e me mandaram para o guichê do outro prédio e finalmente fui ao local aonde faz a tc, onde esperei TRÊS HORAS pela minha vez. Estava lotado e com apenas uma funcionária ao que pareceu. Já fiz o mesmo exame durante a madrugada após ir na urgência (outra experiência péssima por lá) e também demorou muito. Enfim, falta organização tanto entre os prédios quanto dos funcionários, a estrutura é boa, mas a demora, falta de informações e lotação não compensa o estresse todo.

Anyway, there is a lack of organization both between the buildings and the employees, the structure is good, but the delay, lack of information and crowding does not compensate for all the stress.
