Ă© falta de respeito com o paciente. Espero que melhore, pois a esteira Ă© boa.

O problema é na parte administrativa: as informaçÔes nao são passadas de forma clara no momento da marcação de consultas e exames; muitos pacientes esperam em pé pois não tem cadeiras suficientes para todos; o tempo de espera pode passar de 2 horas, inclusive para idosos; o paciente que sai do consultório chama o próximo.
Doctors are good, competent and friendly.
The problem is in the administrative part: the information is not passed on clearly when scheduling appointments and exams; many patients wait standing up because there are not enough chairs for everyone; the waiting time can exceed 2 hours, even for the elderly; the patient who leaves the office calls the next one.
