★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos com horários e com atendimento!!!! Mesmo com horário marcado atrasaram mais de uma hora pra me atender, colocando pessoas de encaixe na minha frente, no meu horário!!! Se for consultar aí, melhor ir como encaixe e nem marcar o horário. TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela doutora Cátia ela é uma ótima doutora, porém o atrasado pra nós atender é um absurdo mais de uma, e quase duas horas pra conseguir ser atendida mesmo com horário marcado. E não gostei do atendimento das recepcionista , tem uma que nem na cara da gente olha, muito mau educada. Se a pessoa tá insatisfeita com o trabalho sai e da vaga pra outro, pq tenho certeza que muitos Irão fazer atendimento melhor. Decepcionada com essa clínica.
I was attended by Dr. Cátia she is a great doctor, but the delay for us to attend is more than one absurd, and almost two hours to be able to be attended even with an appointment. And I didn’t like the receptionist’s service, there’s one that you don’t even look at, very polite. If the person is dissatisfied with the job, they leave and move from one place to another, because I am sure that many will do better service. Disappointed with this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elogiam muito bem o médico com o qual marquei a consulta. Mas o atraso é um absurdo. Fiquei duas horas depois do horário marcado esperando ser atendido, momento no qual decidi cancelar e ir embora. Considero isso uma extrema falta de respeito para com o paciente. Além disso, o ambiente é velho e desconfortável e tinha um cheiro desagradável. Ao menos as recepcionistas foram bem educadas.
They praise the doctor with whom I made the appointment. But the delay is absurd. I was two hours after the scheduled time waiting to be attended, when I decided to cancel and leave. I consider this an extreme lack of respect for the patient. Also, the atmosphere is old and uncomfortable and had an unpleasant smell. At least the receptionists were well mannered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! TODAS as vezes que fui sofri atraso de horas. Já fiquei mais de 4 horas esperando saí já era de noite. A própria médica disse que isso acontece pq marcam pacientes para a cada 15 minutos mas o atendimento dura 40min a 1 hora. E ainda se recusam me dar declaração com definição de horário que permaneci na clínica para comprovar no trabalho, - por medo de processo, provavelmente. Falta de respeito total!!! Só passa raiva nesse lugar!
Terrible!!! EVERY time I went I was delayed for hours. I've been waiting for more than 4 hours I left it was already night. The doctor herself said that this happens because they schedule patients for every 15 minutes but the service lasts 40 minutes to 1 hour. And they still refuse to give me a statement with a set timetable that I stayed at the clinic to check at work, - for fear of lawsuits, probably. Total lack of respect!!! You only get angry in this place!
