Trata-se de um centro médico de ponta, com excelente localização e instalações, dotado de ótimos profissionais, desde a recepção e
enfermagem até os médicos.
Muitos exames já podem ser feitos lá mesmo, o que é muito prático.
Meus parabéns especiais vão para o Doutor Marco Aurélio Gouveia Vieira, médico vocacionado, atencioso e humano, que não aterroriza os pacientes, mas ao contrário, transmite muita segurança a estes, tornando a consulta com ele, em si, um remédio para a ansiedade do dia-dia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha esposa somos atendidos na MEDCOR à mais de 25 anos, como referência e agradecimentos cito Dr Paulo Bertini, com muito respeito ao Dr Chamas (in memória), Dr Marco Aurélio e as atendentes da recepção, da triagem na Eletrocardiograma, da Ecocardiograma, do Teste Ergometrico.
Nunca tivemos problemas quanto ao atendimento por qualquer profissional da MEDCOR, desde os Médicos até às atendentes.
Aliás, os Médicos excedem as expectativas, possuem vasto conhecimento na área em que atuam e orientam e prescrevem medicamentos até para casos de Clínica em Geral.
Por exemplo:
Numa das minhas consultas, Dr Chamas (já falecido), cardiologista, percebeu que eu estava com quadro gripal com uma tosse persistente, perguntou-me se estava realizando algum tratamento, disse-lhe os medicamentos que estava fazendo uso, de imediato pediu-me para suspender um expectorante e prescreveu outro para cessar a tosse, resultado: em 24 horas acabou o problema da tosse persistente; perceberam que ele foi além da da área de atuação?
Parece simples, mas, identificou a causa e tratou pontualmente.
Enquanto o Dr Paulo, cardiologista, identificou uma contratura muscular na região do tórax, eu achava que era sintomas de infarto em virtude de um trauma ocasionado devido à um assalto que eu e minha família fomos vítimas.
Perceberam que os profissionais excederam as expectativas?
Isso dá conforto, segurança e confiança no trabalho prestado pelos profissionais da MEDCOR.
Agora, especificamente sobre a cardiologia, Dr Paulo faz acompanhamento par e passo, profissional TOP; repito, considerando o tempo em que fui atendido pelo Dr Chamas (falecido), mais, o tempo que até hoje sou atendido pelo Dr Paulo, perfaz mais de 25 anos.

My wife and I have been treated at MEDCOR for over 25 years, as a reference and thanks I quote Dr Paulo Bertini, with a lot of respect to Dr Chamas (in memory), Dr Marco Aurélio and the attendants at the reception, the screening on the Electrocardiogram, the Ecocardiogram , of the Exercise Test.
We have never had problems with any MEDCOR professional, from Doctors to attendants.
In fact, Doctors exceed expectations, have vast knowledge in the area in which they work and guide and prescribe medications even for General Clinic cases.
For example:
In one of my consultations, Dr Chamas (already deceased), a cardiologist, noticed that I had the flu with a persistent cough, asked me if I was undergoing any treatment, told him about the medications I was using, immediately asked me to suspend one expectorant and prescribed another one to stop the cough, result: in 24 hours the problem of persistent cough was over; realized that he went beyond the area of expertise?
It seems simple, but he identified the cause and dealt with it promptly.
While Dr Paulo, a cardiologist, identified a muscle contracture in the chest area, I thought it was a heart attack symptom due to a trauma caused by an assault that my family and I were victims of.
Did you notice that the professionals exceeded expectations?
This gives comfort, security and confidence in the work provided by MEDCOR professionals.
Now, specifically about cardiology, Dr Paulo does step-by-step monitoring, TOP professional; I repeat, considering the time that I was treated by Dr Chamas (deceased), plus, the time that until today I am treated by Dr Paulo, it is more than 25 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quase tudo excelente! Dr. Paulo Bertini excelente e pontual. Meninas da enfermagem Beatriz e Nicole são maravilhosas! Atenciosas, cordiais, explicam todo o procedimento com calma e conhecimento. As meninas da recepção no geral são muito cordiais também, com exceção da Gercilene. Muito mal humorada e o atendimento beira à grosseria. Seu nome podia tranquilamente ser “Grossilene”. O atendimento dela infelizmente destoa do resto do time da clínica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Falta de respeito com nós pacientes. Na primeira visita aguardei mais de 1 hora para ficar 5 min com o Dr Marco. Pediu os exames (com isso não tive problema) e no retorno, novamente, aguardei mais de 1h e como tinha compromisso na sequência, tive que ir embora sem pAssar com o médico Marco. As atendentes informaram que ele demora nos atendimentos, ainda mais quando é caso cirurgico, porém que culpa eu tenho? Eles que organizem melhor a agenda. Um verdadeiro DESRESPEITO com o paciente! Nunca mais volto para consulta nesse lugar!! Pessimo!!!
Awful! Lack of respect for us patients. On the first visit I waited more than 1 hour to spend 5 minutes with Dr Marco. He asked for the exams (I had no problem with that) and on return, again, I waited more than 1h and as I had an appointment in the sequence, I had to leave without going to the doctor Marco. The attendants reported that he takes time to attend, even more when it is a surgical case, but what is my fault? Let them organize the agenda better. A real DISRESPECT with the patient! I will never go back to this place again!! Terrible!!!
