★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, recepcionistas arrogantes. Fiquei super desconfortável, parecia que eu estava incomodando e que estavam prestando um favor. E não é nem a primeira vez. Péssimo!
Horrible service, arrogant receptionists. I was super uncomfortable, it felt like I was bothering them and they were doing me a favor. And it's not even the first time. Terrible!

Recepcionista super grossa, a clínica fica super escondida só consegui chegar no local graças a um Uber.
Minha mãe tinha um exame para realizar a recepcionista debochou pois chegamos fora do horário, por não encontramos a bendita clínica.
Ficamos esperando 1 hora para ser atendidas.
Horrível não recomendo.
Terrible service at the santo amaro unit!
Super thick receptionist, the clinic is super hidden I only managed to get there thanks to an Uber.
My mother had an exam to perform, the receptionist scoffed because we arrived out of time, because we couldn't find the blessed clinic.
We were waiting 1 hour to be attended.
Horrible don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei para meu atendimento 1 hora antes pois não sabia aonde era o local preferi sair mais cedo de casa, chegando lá elas (atendentes), informaram que realmente o atendimento seria no horário da minha consulta, até então tudo bem. Porém tive que aguardar do lado de fora do consultório 1 hora em pé, sendo que o local tinha vários bancos lá dentro. Achei muita falta de respeito.
Não tinha ninguém lá dentro para caso falarem sobre aglomeração, as recepcionista super mal educadas.
E na Medcorp de Santo Amaro !!!
Terrible service, I arrived for my service 1 hour before because I didn't know where the place was, I preferred to leave the house earlier, when they arrived there (attendants), they informed that the service would actually be at the time of my appointment, so far so good. But I had to wait outside the office for 1 hour on foot, and the place had several benches inside. I found it very disrespectful.
There was no one inside in case they talked about crowding, the super rude receptionists.
And at Medcorp de Santo Amaro !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra agendar dois exames, não me retornaram e quando liguei para ter um retorno, cagaram pra mim. O que mais tem é clinica querendo clientes. então melhorem o atendimento, por favor.
I called to schedule two exams, they didn't get back to me and when I called to get a return, they shit on me. What else is there is a clinic wanting clients. so improve service please.
