★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das atendentes é muito mal educada! Respondeu a minha mãe de forma super grossa, além do exame demorar demais. Vi quase o jogo de vôlei inteiro das olimpíadas pra ser atendida, exame marcado por volta das 9:00 e saímos mais ou menos ao meio dia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pulsão marcada para as 14:30, são 15:33 nem sinal de ser chamada para o exame, quando vou perguntar sempre sou a próxima, e vejo várias pessoas chegando e sendo atendidas e eu sem previsão alguma e segundo a atendente tem três.edicos atendendo e o único que não chama é justamente o meu, horrível,não volto aqui nunca mais. Vou continuar na espera pois infelizmente não tenho como remarcar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, desorganizado, agendaram exame de ultrassom para médico que não realiza tal exame e como solução, mandaram retornar em um outro dia; realiza exame de mamografia e deixa o paciente esperando até o último atendimento para confirmar se o exame prestou ou vai ter que repetir; clínica particular com mau costume de SUS, NAO RECOMENDO
Terrible service, disorganized, they scheduled an ultrasound exam for a doctor who does not perform such exam and, as a solution, they sent it back on another day; performs a mammogram and leaves the patient waiting until the last visit to confirm whether the exam has been performed or will have to be repeated; private clinic with bad habit of SUS, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um local demorar tanto, faz mais de 3 hrs aguardando, médica tá nem aí, chega quando quer, mesmo agendado um horário. Pior local de Recife para exames.
I've never seen a place take so long, I've been waiting for more than 3 hours, the doctor doesn't care, she arrives whenever she wants, even with a scheduled time. Worst place in Recife for exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disse que a marcação com 7:00 as 7:30.neste horário não tem ninguém pra atender. Um década e ninguém lhe atende. Fora que você tem que ir pegar o exame no local, totalmente retrógrado. A maioria dos lugares você já pega online o laudo.

Ainda bem, porque graças a isso, vim ver os comentários e, de imediato já desisti de marcar os exames. Se o desrespeito ao paciente começa no primeiro contato, não quero nem imaginar o que pode vir depois! Pulei essa fogueira.
I called three times. Each call lasted 10min, with a call center touch from the past decade. Good, because thanks to that, I came to see the comments and, immediately, I gave up on scheduling the exams. If disrespect for the patient starts with the first contact, I don't even want to imagine what might come later! I jumped this bonfire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começa pela marcação de exame, você passa um século para conseguir falar com alguém. Logística péssima para realização de exame de Raio-x, você faz a autorização na Mediax e depois realiza uma “caminhada pra o memorial São José para entrar na entrada que fica na Agamenon Magalhaes. Ou seja, se você tem alguma dificuldade de mobilidade, ou estiver em uma época chuvosa, não marque exame na Mediax, pois você terá um transtorno desnecessário. Mas depois da caminhada você terá tempo suficiente para descansar, pois a espera é longa para finalmente realizar o exame.
