★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela, pq não tinha como dar nenhuma, não é a primeira vez que passo nessa clínica, prefiro mil vezes a de Cerquilho, pois a minha dignacao e sobre as ultrasson obstetra as Dra nem fala com a gente direito, quando pergunta então faz caras e bocas nem paciência tem pra fazer direito a ultrasson. Infelizmente não volto mais.......
I gave it a star, because I couldn't give any, it's not the first time I've been in this clinic, I prefer a thousand times Cerquilho's, because my dignity and about the obstetrical ultrasound the Dr doesn't even talk to us properly, when she asks, then she does guys and mouths don't even have the patience to do the ultrasound right. Unfortunately I'm not coming back.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempo de espera na recepção ou para realizar os exames, é algo que tem que ser analisado e melhorado pela gerência da clínica. Facilitaria também, que todos os consultórios estivessem luvas disponíveis, para no momento de realizar os exames isso não cause desconforto para com o paciente, como ocorreu a semanas atrás.
The waiting time at reception or to take the exams is something that has to be analyzed and improved by the clinic's management. It would also make it easier for all offices to have gloves available, so that at the time of performing the exams, this does not cause discomfort to the patient, as it did weeks ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto das Clínicas e centro médico São José já passei por consultas e exames , nada a reclamar de médicos ou atendimento presencial , o atendimento telefonico , demora para atender , O App WHATSSAP também demora demais para transferir a ligação para a clínica A OU B exemplo. Ao identificar a clínica que será feito o exames demorasse para atender e pegar o recado :exemplo: se tenho exame hoje daqui a algumas horas e não tenho como ligar e quero desmarcar , penso que deveria ter app direto que vericasse os recados mais rápido , ou opção virtual de desmarcar a consulta até 1h antes. Mas de resto sou grata !
I like the São José Clinics and medical center, I've been through consultations and exams, nothing to complain about doctors or face-to-face service, telephone service, it takes time to answer, The WHATSSAP App also takes too long to transfer the call to clinic A OR B, for example. When identifying the clinic where the exams will be done, it takes a long time to attend and get the message: example: if I have an exam today in a few hours and I have no way to call and I want to unmark, I think there should be a direct app that checks the messages faster, or virtual option to cancel the appointment up to 1h before. But otherwise I'm grateful!

Ligação foi resolvido em 5 minutos, enquanto no app demorou por horas,até retornar a solicitação

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, o agendamento foi bom, atendeu as expectativas, porém no exame marcado para as 11h10 de 15/07/2021, não foi bom. Lá na hora marcada fui informado que o exame irá atrasar 40 a 50 min, pelo motivo de ter chegado paciente da Santa Casa de Tietê, que era pra mim ir resolver alguma coisa particular e retornar mais tarde. Esclareço que o pedido do exame também foi feito pela Santa Casa, somente não estava internada. O atendimento ocorreu as 12h05 e ao perguntar para a técnica que faria o exame, ela foi muito grosseria dizendo que meu exame era um encaixe e que era pra pegar um papel e fazer a reclamação. Isso me deixou muito encabulado, pois sou cliente dessa instituição médica já um bom tempo e nunca um funcionário tratou assim. Minha esposa está com o covid19 confirmado e o exame é para dar prosseguimento no tratamento. Desde já agradeço a atenção dessa conceituada Clínica SÃO JOSÉ! Obs: para o agendamento 5 estrelas e o atendimento no exame 1.
Good afternoon, the appointment was good, it met expectations, but in the exam scheduled for 11:10 am on 07/15/2021, it was not good. There, at the appointed time, I was informed that the exam will be 40 to 50 minutes late, because of the patient arriving from Santa Casa de Tietê, who was for me to go solve something particular and return later. I clarify that the request for the exam was also made by Santa Casa, only I was not hospitalized. The service took place at 12:05 pm and when I asked the technician who would do the exam, she was very rude saying that my exam was a fit and that I was supposed to take a piece of paper and make the complaint. This made me very embarrassed, as I have been a client of this medical institution for a long time and never had an employee treated me like this. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência foi péssima porque eu indaguei aqui se seria autorizado na hora no São José de Tietê e foi respondido que sim, bastando levar o cartão, documento e pedido médico, só que minha esposa foi lá e foi negado o atendimento pelo São Francisco e cobraram R$ 90 dela de raio-x; gostaria de receber de volta esse valor porque foi erro em falha humana. The experience was terrible because I asked here if I would be authorized at the time at São José de Tietê and the answer was yes, just taking the card, document and medical request, but my wife went there and was denied the service by São Francisco and they charged R$90 of her x-ray; I would like to get this value back because it was human error.
