Meu pai de 76 anos está lá desde as 15:hrs e já são quase 19:00 e não foi atendido é um desrespeito
E não é a primeira vez
Não recomendo

Um grande aglomerado de pessoas dentro do estabelecimento, horas de espera, informações erradas! Horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fui à MedicalCenter em Floriano fiquei 3 horas esperando minha senha ser chamada, mas acabei desistindo e fui embora. O atendimento está pessimo as recepcionistas atendem ao telefone, recebem o pagamento da consulta, levam as pessoas aos consultorios e ainda atendem nos guiches entre outas infinidades, ou seja, nao sabem nem o que fazer primeiro sem falar que a demanda de pessoas a atender é enorme. Precisaria de mais pessoas para trabalhar e dividir mais as tarefas, porque o cliente alem de pagar uma consulta de $250,00 ainda tem que esperar "um seculo" para um atendimento de 10 minutos, o pior é que sou do interior e nem sei quando vou conseguir ir novamente...
Yesterday I went to the MedicalCenter in Floriano and I spent 3 hours waiting for my password to be called, but I ended up giving up and left. The service is terrible, the receptionists answer the phone, receive the payment for the consultation, take people to the offices and still attend at the windows between other infinity, that is, they do not even know what to do first without mentioning that the demand for people to attend is huge. I would need more people to work and share more tasks, because the client, besides paying a $ 250.00 consultation, still has to wait "a century" for a 10-minute appointment, the worst is that I am from the countryside and I don't even know when I will be able to go again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e demora demais para ser atendido estamos aqui tem 3hs e ainda não fomos atendidos e valor da consulta 280,00 valor caro demais para um atendimento tão ruim. Sem falar q fomos pagar no cartão de crédito e não aceitam pois aceitam só débito e dinheiro e não colocam nenhuma informação para o cliente. Ontem passamos no hospital tiberio Nunes e fomos muito bem atendidos e meu esposo ainda fez uma tomografia tudo muito rápido e aqui atendimento péssimo pior q no sus não recomendo pra ninguém nem pro meu pior inimigo infelizmente moramos em São Paulo e estamos de férias e meu esposo tem q fazer um procedimento cirúrgico e não tem muita opção mais faço questão de deixar minha grande indignação.
Lousy service and too long to be attended we are here has 3 hours and we have not yet been attended and consultation cost 280.00 too expensive for such a bad service. Not to mention we went to pay by credit card and do not accept because they accept only debit and money and do not put any information for the customer. Yesterday we went to the tiberio Nunes hospital and we were very well attended and my husband even had a CT scan all very fast and here lousy service worse q in sus I do not recommend to anyone or my worst enemy unfortunately we live in São Paulo and we are on vacation and my husband I have to do a surgical procedure and I don’t have much option but I want to leave my great indignation.

Logo na recepção para agendar a consulta com o médico precisei esperar 2:30 só pra ir ao consultório, me deram um papel dizendo que tinha que ir ao caixa efetuar o pagamento da consulta no valor ABUSIVO de R$280,00 só pra falar com o médico, doente e com dor não tive outra alternativa peguei meu cartão de crédito para o pagamento porém a moça do caixa informou que só no DÉBITO OU DINHEIRO sem nenhuma informação visual informação dizendo que não aceita cartão de crédito, o pior de tudo disseram que NÃO EMITE NOTA FISCAL ELETRÔNICA sonegação de imposto
BAD SERVICE !!! UNDUE PAYMENT METHOD !!! Right at the reception to schedule the appointment with the doctor I had to wait 2:30 just to go to the office, they gave me a paper saying that I had to go to the cashier make the payment of the ABUSIVE consultation of R $ 280.00 just to talk to the doctor, sick and in pain I had no alternative I took my credit card for payment but the cashier reported that only in DEBT or MONEY without any visual information saying that does not accept credit card, worst of all said NO ISSUES ELECTRONIC TAX NOTE tax evasion

Primeira vez na clínica. Estive com minha mãe para ela fazer 3 exames até aí tudo bem,fez os exames... Os exames foram realizados em uma quinta-feira informaram que estaria pronto na segunda. Como não moramos em Floriano pedimos para uma pessoa pegar os exames na semana seguinte.... começou o transtorno foi mais de uma semana p conseguir pegar esses exames (exames simples ultrassom e outro). Quando a pessoa chegava p pegar "Não ta pronto só amanhã", "Não tá impresso"... no outro dia a história se repetia. ? Absurdo exames particulares,exames simples passar mais de uma semana na luta p receber....affffssss
Fiquei decepcionada porque pela estrutura da clínica achei que tivesse organização.?♀️
It was awful!
First time at the clinic. I was with my mother for her to do 3 exams so far so good, she did the exams ... The exams were held on a Thursday and they said it would be ready on Monday. As we do not live in Floriano, we asked a person to take the exams the next week .... the disorder started was more than a week p to get these exams (simple ultrasound exams and another). When the person arrived to pick up "It's not ready just tomorrow", "It's not printed" ... the other day the story was repeated. ? Absurd private exams, simple exams to spend more than a week in the fight to receive .... affffssss
I was disappointed because of the structure of the clinic I thought it had organization.?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Alguns atendentes parece que são concursados, sem querer comparar com o SUS, mais o atendimento está ficando precário. Parece que os gestores do hospital se acomodaram para deixar isso acontecer. Os canais de atendimento não funcionam, ligações ninguém atende e no WhatsApp demoram quase 7 horas para retornar. Só não dou zero estrelas porque não tem como.
Terrible! Some attendants seem to have a public examination, not wanting to compare with the SUS, but the service is getting precarious. It seems that hospital managers have accommodated themselves to let this happen. The service channels don't work, no one answers calls and WhatsApp takes almost 7 hours to return. The only reason I don't give zero stars is because I can't.
