★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei o teste do PCR nesta unidade e foi super tranquilo. O atendimento foi rápido e realizei o teste até um pouco antes do horário agendado, a enfermeira Camila foi um amor, ótima profissional. Parabéns a unidade, indico a todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é patético. Apenas uma atendente no balcão, como não se tem um local para esclarecimento de dúvidas as pessoas tiram senhas e ficam no atendimento de forma desnecessária, travando a fila de quem já faz o agendamento digital.
E claro, que não tem atendimento prioritário acaba ficando horas na espera.
The service is pathetic. Only one attendant at the counter, as there is no place to clarify doubts, people take out passwords and stay in the service unnecessarily, blocking the queue of those who already make the digital appointment.
And of course, those who don't have priority service end up being on hold for hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 dias esperando o resultado de um PCR que deveria sair em 48h, e nada ainda. Tento contato pelo telefone e me deixam esperar mais de 40min até que eu desisti de ligar. Por causa disso estou isolado e sem conseguir trabalhar. Deviam ter avisado quando eu fiz o teste que estavam tendo muitas solicitações e que o laboratório não daria conta de fazer o meu, assim eu nem fazia, mas ao invés disso me avisaram que sairá antes do prazo, ou seja, mentiram descaradamente. Agora meu isolamento vai acabar e eu ainda não sei se estou ou não com covid.
6 days waiting for the result of a PCR that should come out in 48 hours, and still nothing. I try to contact by phone and they let me wait more than 40min until I give up calling. Because of this I am isolated and unable to work. They should have warned me when I took the test that they were having a lot of requests and that the lab wouldn't be able to do mine, so I didn't even do it, but instead they warned me that it will leave before the deadline, that is, they lied blatantly. Now my isolation will end and I still don't know whether or not I have covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além de ter um estacionamento para dois carros, a entrega de resultado de exames de Covid é caótica. Fiz exame no sábado dia 08/01, com promessa de entrega de resultados no dia 11/01. Hoje é dia 14/01 e ainda não recebi o resultado. Ligando para o laboratório, digitando o canal de reclamações, a ligação é transferida erroneamente para o setor de marcação de novos exames. Depois de você explicar todo o problema, a atendente informa que nada pode fazer pois aquele ramal é só para marcação de consultas. Diz que vai transferir a ligação, porém aguardei na linha por 30 minutos, e só fica tocando uma gravação, e ninguém atende. Repeti o procedimento por três vezes, e a transferência é sempre para marcação de consultas.
Observa-se a total falta de responsabilidade do laboratório em se comprometer na realização do serviço, sem ter mão de obra suficiente para atender dos exames. Sou cliente antigo deste laboratório, porém foi a última vez que usei seus serviços.
In addition to having a parking lot for two cars, the delivery of Covid exam results is chaotic. I took the exam on Saturday 01/08, with a promise to deliver the results on 01/11. Today is the 14/01th and I still haven't received the result. Calling the laboratory, typing the complaints channel, the call is erroneously transferred to the sector for scheduling new exams. After you explain the whole problem, the attendant informs you that there is nothing she can do because that extension is only for appointments. It says that it will transfer the call, but I waited on the line for 30 minutes, and it only plays a recording, and no one answers. I repeated the procedure three times, and the transfer is always for appointments.
There is a total lack of responsibility on the part of the laboratory to commit itself to carrying out the service, without having enough manpower to attend the exams. I am an old customer of this lab, but it was the last time I used their services.
