★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi tanta incompetência num único lugar. As atendentes são atenciosas, mas o processo todo é muito demorado! Quase uma hora para ser atendida, as funcionárias param o atendimento o tempo todo para dar informações, pois não existe uma recepcionista para isso. Na hora da coleta ainda tive o desprazer de ver uma enfermeira estourar a veia do meu filho de 4 anos colhendo sangue de maneira duvidosa, com uma seringa e uma agulha...Ele está com um hematoma no braço nesse momento!
 I've never seen so much incompetence in one place. The attendants are attentive, but the whole process takes a long time! Almost an hour to be attended, the employees stop the service all the time to give information, as there is no receptionist for this. At the time of collection, I still had the displeasure of seeing a nurse burst my 4-year-old son's vein collecting blood in a dubious way, with a syringe and needle ... He has a bruise on his arm right now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Não existe triagem...! Pessoas aguardam por chamadas para exames em único local fechado. Pessoas com suspeita de COVID aguardam em mesmo local com pessoas que necessitam de outros exames! Falta de respeito e responsabilidade com Todos.
Terrible. There is no screening...! People await calls for exams in a single closed place. People with suspected COVID wait in the same place with people who need other tests! Lack of respect and responsibility to Everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não havia cuidado algum para evitar que quem esteja com suspeita de COVID e vá lá fazer o teste não infecte os outros pacientes ao redor. Não havia horário nem local especial para o teste de COVID. É como se fosse fazer um exame de sangue rotineiro
There was no care whatsoever to prevent those who are suspected of having COVID and go there for the test not to infect other patients around. There was no special time or place for the COVID test. It's like having a routine blood test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido na recepção, porém fiquei esperando mais de 1h para ser chamada para fazer um exame no qual ficaria 2h no laboratório. Cheguei cedo pois tinha outro compromisso agendado posteriormente, porém devido a esse atraso perdi o outro compromisso. Várias pessoas que chegaram depois de mim foram atendidas primeiro. Questionei a demora mas foi em vão.
Falta de respeito.
Fast service at the reception, but I was waiting more than 1h to be called to do an exam in which I would stay 2h in the laboratory. I arrived early because I had another appointment scheduled later, but due to this delay I missed the other appointment. Several people who arrived after me were seen first. I questioned the delay but it was in vain.
Lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório Maricondi vcs deveriam analisar melhor as clínicas que vcs prestam serviços. A clínica Pronto Sam em Samambaia Sul - DF (QS 116 sul), nem deveria ser chamada de clínica médica, os atendentes nem sequer usam uniforme, uma total falta de profissionalismo. Registram o nome do paciente errado, não entregam todos os exames, uma total bagunça. Se não ficar em cima é perigoso pedir um exame de sangue e eles registrarem de fezes. Vergonha total.
Maricondi Laboratory you should better analyze the clinics that you provide services. The Pronto Sam clinic in Samambaia Sul - DF (QS 116 south), should not even be called a medical clinic, the attendants don't even wear a uniform, a total lack of professionalism. They register the name of the wrong patient, they do not deliver all the exams, a total mess. If you don’t stay on top, it’s dangerous to get a blood test and they’re recording feces. Total shame.

A única coisa boa é o atendimento da recepção. De resto, ambiente sujo, largado, antigo, sem conforto, exame coletado de um jeito desleixado e o desjejum ofertado é um café preto, apenas.
Recomendo que vão à Rede Sabin em Ribeirão Preto para verem a diferença na prestação do serviço, o espaço e o café depois que inclui variedades de biscoitos, bolachas, pão de queijo, máquina que pode escolher capuccino, chocolate quente, chás,...
Primeira vez para não voltar mais.

The only good thing is the reception service. For the rest, dirty, abandoned, old, uncomfortable environment, exam collected in a sloppy way and the breakfast offered is just black coffee.
I recommend that you go to the Sabin Network in Ribeirão Preto to see the difference in the provision of the service, the space and the coffee after that includes varieties of cookies, crackers, cheese bread, machine that can choose cappuccino, hot chocolate, teas, ...
First time to never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Não tem um número suficiente de profissionais para fazer os exames. As pessoas ficam aglomeradas enquanto esperam. Quem vai fazer exame de Covid tem que esperar.na rua e depois fica em uma sala pequena e sem ventilação com mais cinco pessoas.
Bad experience. There are not enough professionals to take the exams. People get crowded while they wait. Whoever is going to take Covid has to wait. He walks down the street and then finds himself in a small, unventilated room with five other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tinham senha na entrada, (ninguém + sabe escrever um n° no papel e entregar p/ organizar?) Fiquei em pé, segurando meu exame de urina na mão por 1h30, detalhe o prazo é 2h. Lamentável! Falta de organização e respeito!
