★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bem estruturado de referência em exames vários balcões de atendimento porém é bem enrolado quando está lotado falta um pouco mais de organização somente porém oferece um ótimo serviço em exames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi muito bom , antes de ser vendido . Hoje são demorados , perdem exames . Amanhã vai p 72 horas de espera por um simples e caro exame p detectar covid . Eram 48 hs. Passamos o dia todo entrando em contato e eles nos enrolando . Não adianta dizer q a demanda tá alta , pois os outros laboratórios tb estão e entregam no mesmo dia .
Os locais de coleta são ótimos. Alguns atendentes são muito lentos , mas são educados e atenciosos .
Tem médico e não foi só um , q pediu p mudar de laboratório, pois tá achando estranho q os exames de todos seus pacientes passaram a ficar semelhantes.
Tomei a vacina da pneumonia no particular na imunocenter , a primeira dose, a 13 . Como acabou e tá demorando chegar , liguei no Vital Brasil e constatei q tem a segunda dose, a 23 . Mesmo pagando , exigem pedido médico. Como assim? Por estas e outras , como perder meu exame de urina 24 hs , levar 72 hs p sair um resultado de covid , pedir receita p vacinar , quando nenhum outro lugar exige , exames semelhantes etc , que dou nota baixa ao q se tornou o vital Brasil e estou mudando de laboratório.

Pickup locations are great. Some attendants are very slow, but they are polite and attentive.
There's a doctor and it wasn't just one, who asked to change the laboratory, because he's finding it strange that the exams of all his patients are now similar.
I took the pneumonia vaccine privately at the immunocenter, the first dose, at 13. As it's over and it's taking a long time to arrive, I called Vital Brasil and found that they have the second dose, the 23rd. Even paying, they require a medical order. As well? For these and others, like missing my 24-hour urine test, taking 72 hours for a covid result to come out, asking for a prescription to vaccinate, when no other place requires it, similar tests etc, which I give a low grade to what became vital Brazil and I'm changing labs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca gostei muito desse laboratório, mas o convenio, para determinados exames, só pode ser realizado lá. Qualquer coisa por telefone torna-se inviável. Um único número para todas as unidades?????? Lembrando que estamos falando de serviço de saúde, o atendimento precisa ser de qualidade, aliás, precisa haver atendimento primeiro. Só lamento.
I never really liked this laboratory, but the agreement, for certain tests, can only be performed there. Anything over the phone becomes unfeasible. A single number for all units?????? Remembering that we are talking about health service, the service needs to be of quality, in fact, there needs to be service first. I'm just sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 15 dias atrás entrei em contato para saber preparo dos exames e a atendente me disse que um dos exames o laboratorio precisa ter gelo seco, nesse dia não tinha. Que eu tinha que ir na unidade pra perguntar, ou seja perco tempo e dinheiro pra ficar indo a uma unidade pra perguntar se já chegou gelo seco???? Ridiculo, tive outros exames e deixei pra fazer mais pra frente e liguei antes de ir, 1 hora no telefone pra descobrir que não tinha e não tinha previsao de chegar, chega ser ridiculo isso. Nunca vi um laboratorio ter falta de gelo seco, já registrei reclamação e ainda não consegui fazer meus exames. Lamentável.
15 days ago I got in touch to know how to prepare the exams and the attendant told me that one of the exams the laboratory needs to have dry ice, that day they didn't have it. That I had to go to the unit to ask, that is, I waste time and money to keep going to a unit to ask if dry ice has arrived yet???? Ridiculous, I had other exams and left it to be done later and called before going, 1 hour on the phone to find out that I didn't have it and I didn't have a date to arrive, it's ridiculous enough. I've never seen a laboratory run out of dry ice, I've already filed a complaint and I still haven't been able to do my exams. Unfortunate.
