★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é um misto de incompetência e descaso. Incompetência de um mecânico, que em uma mera troca de correia dentada gerou o empeno de válvulas e dano ao cabeçote do meu veículo. Descaso porque estou há um mês sem carro e sem previsão de recebe-lo tendo que andar a pé ou arcar com locomoção por algo que não foi por mim causado. Além disso os funcionários escondem o dono do estabelecimento, pois mesmo após várias solicitações não dão seu número ou informam sua identidade, talvez por se tratar de um grande empresário dono de grande rede hospitalar (descobri por meios próprios), que não resolve o problema de sua empresa e não tem ninguém com poderes e responsabilidade para dar a solução devida, e com isso o cliente fica na mão e no prejuízo. Por toda essa situação não recomendo a ninguém que utilize a empresa pois se tiver problemas certamente o ódio contra a empresa será imenso diante do pouco caso que dão após estragarem seu seu carro, e te deixarem por tempo indefinido a pé.

In addition, employees hide the owner of the establishment, because even after several requests they do not give their number or inform their identity, perhaps because he is a big businessman with a large hospital network (I discovered by his own means), which does not solve the problem of your company and has no one with the powers and responsibility to provide the right solution, and with that the customer is at hand and at a loss. For all this situation I do not recommend to anyone to use the company because if you have problems certainly the hatred against the company will be immense in the face of the little case they give after ruining your car, and leaving you indefinitely on foot.
