â â â â â A parte de Acupuntura Ă© excelente, nada a reclamar, porĂ©m, esse nĂșmero nĂŁo existe e tem poucas vagas de estacionamento. AlĂ©m das pouquĂssimas vagas para psicologia.

â â â â â Nunca me sentir tĂŁo lesado quanto com os atendimentos que recebi nesse ambiente, beira a ilegalidade. O andas de atendimento psicĂłlogo parece uma feira de tĂŁo desorganizada, o atendimento com o psicĂłlogo nao dura nem 20 minutos direito, o que cabe atĂ© uma denĂșncia ao conselho de psicologia por tamanho desrespeito humano, sem contar que voce nĂŁo consegue fazer uma sequĂȘncia de tratamento pois sĂł hĂĄ vagas para uma prĂłxima consulta com 30 dias, isso com qualquer psicĂłlogo. Tendo em vista que a hapvida permite ser assim. Tiro toda responsabilidade sobre o ombros dos terapeutas e funcionĂĄrios do local e coloco sobre a empresa e sua pĂ©ssima capacidade administrativa! ParabĂ©ns pelo desrespeito!

Pontos negativo: a espera para confirmar a digital demora de 20 a 40 min. Os atendentes super apressados devido ao fluxo de pacientes, que por sua vez eles acabam esquecendo de falar que vai precisar de outra guia na proxima consulta, quando vai marcar Ă© muito distante de uma consulta para outra, que acaba interferindo no tratamento, e a consulta que deveria ser de pelo menos 30 min, nao chega a 20min. E outra, os atendentes marca as prx consultas com outro medico, sem pergunta se quer mudar ou permanecer no mesmo profissional. Um descaso sĂł.
