Demoram horas para responder sua mensagem, e entre 2 a 3 dias para enviarem um simples orçamento - e isso se ficar insistindo muito ou eles te esquecem. Fora o valor dos produtos que aumentam pedido sim, pedido não, enquanto que nas farmácias comuns os valores permanecem os mesmos.
Terrible attendance. Lack of respect for the customer. They take hours to respond to your message, and 2-3 days to send a simple quote - and that's if you keep insisting or they forget you. Apart from the value of products that increase order yes, order no, while in common pharmacies the values remain the same.
