Fiz uma consulta com o Dr. Márdano Freitas de Amorim no dia 09/04/2021 e o retorno para apresentação dos resultados dos exames foi marcada para o dia 07/05/2021, ou seja, dentro dos 30 dias que garante a gratuidade do retorno. No entanto, no dia anterior, fui informado que o retorno teria que ser remarcado para o dia 12/05/2021 pois o Dr. Márdano teria outras coisas para resolver. No dia 12/05/2021 ao chegar para fazer o retorno, fui informado que eu deveria pagar uma outra consulta pois já havia passado os 30 dias e mesmo eu informando só passou do prazo por causa do adiantamento feito pela vontade deles, não me permitiram apresentar os resultados dos exames.
Achei a atitude péssima e não recomendo este consultório.

However, the day before, I was informed that the return would have to be rescheduled for 12/05/2021 as Dr. Márdano would have other things to solve. On 05/12/2021 when I arrived to make the return, I was informed that I should pay for another consultation because it had already passed the 30 days and even though I reported it only passed the deadline because of the advance made by their will, they did not allow me present the results of the exams.
I thought the attitude was terrible and I do not recommend this office.
