★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe era maravilhosa foi trocada e a nova equipe é péssima, não resolvem os problemas, aumentou demais os preços. As meninas do caixa são super simpáticas únicas que não foram trocadas.
A equipe de expedição com péssimo atendimento, como sabemos uma empresa é moldada pelos colaboradores e a forma como eles tratam seus clientes.
Espero mesmo que repensem a situação, a Medida Certa sempre foi uma ótima empresa, além de ter um serviço de qualidade impar, tinha uma equipe motivada e sempre pronta a ajudar.
Espero que revejam suas escolhas atuais, treine seus colaboradores e priorize o cliente no sentido de satisfação.
 The team was wonderful, it was changed and the new team is terrible, they don't solve the problems, they raised prices too much. The cashiers are super nice ones who haven't been swapped.
Dispatching team with poor service, as we know a company is shaped by employees and the way they treat their customers.
I really hope that you rethink the situation, Medida Certa has always been a great company, in addition to having a unique quality service, it had a motivated team that was always ready to help.
I hope they review their current choices, train their employees and prioritize the customer towards satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalho excelente, entrega no prazo, mas não tem um suporte quando precisa e praticamente impossível falar com o telefone deles, só um número e que vive ocupado. Só resolver esse problema que fica top.
Excellent work, delivery on time, but there is no support when you need it and practically impossible to talk to their phone, just a number and that is always busy. Just solve this problem that gets top.
