Após comprar o terceiro aparelho,resolvi mandar arrumar, quando consegui mandar para a assistência ,que só tem no Rio de Janeiro, a resposta da equipe técnica foi péssima! O valor do reparo era praticamente o dobro do valor do produto. Fora,a falta de profissionalismo ,em , modificar os valores sem perguntar ao consumidor e ainda não detalhar. Só descobri depois de muita insistência. A pessoa com quem falei, mal sabia explicar o que eu perguntava e quando insistia, respondia . Eu, não recomendo o motor ( bomba) do colchão pneumático dessa marca. Minha última aquisição,foi de outra marca. Até agora,está dando certo.
A empresa,deveria dar uma melhor assistência aos consumidores,que utilizam seus produtos. Desde o atendimento até os profissionais técnicos. Não recomendo essa empresa!

The company should provide better assistance to consumers who use its products. From customer service to technical professionals. I do not recommend this company!
