Porém fiz o exame na sexta feira dia 5/3, hoje já é dia 10/03 a empresa solicitante não recebeu o exame e eu estou aqui,dependendo disso pra poder trabalhar ao meu ver a demanda de exames é um pouco a mais do que eles suportam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente passei por uma avaliação nesse local e não tive problemas, fui bem recepcionada, mediram minha febre, me instruíram quanto ao preenchimento do formulário, a técnica de enfermagem super cuidadosa na hora de aferir a pressão, tomando todos os cuidados devido ao Covid e o médico bem atencioso. Fiquei aproximadamente 20 minutos na clínica.
I recently underwent an evaluation at that location and I had no problems, I was well received, my fever was measured, I was instructed on how to fill out the form, the super careful nursing technique when checking the pressure, taking all the care due to Covid and the very attentive doctor. I spent approximately 20 minutes at the clinic.

Muito descaso com os pacientes, demora no atendimento, fora a superlotação em momento de pandemia, ignorando todos os procedimentos de segurança. O cúmulo foi atender 3 pessoas simultaneamente na mesma sala, onde inclusive um dos pacientes estava sem camisa para a realização do exame, fiquei muito constrangida. Péssimo!
RESPOSTA:
Em todos os comentários feitos por vocês, e inclusive na indicação da própria clínica, os exames são feitos por ordem de chegada, e não agendamentos. Como atrasar em algo que não é agendado? Fica aí o questionamento.
As salas são SIM superlotadas, isso inclusive afirmado por vocês mesmos, visto que pelo menos assumem que atenderam a mim e mais 2 pessoas ao mesmo tempo e no mesmo lugar. O atendimento deve ser feito de forma individual, é o procedimento padrão, ético e seguro, principalmente em tempos de pandemia.
Quanto ao constrangimento, as enfermeiras e técnicas recebem em suas formações profissionais a disciplina de ÉTICA, o que com certeza não foi praticado no atendimento. É inconcebível atender 3 pessoas ao mesmo tempo na mesma sala, e ainda pior, pedir para que um paciente homem retire suas roupas na frente de uma paciente mulher. Gravíssimo!
Enfim! É muito mais fácil simplesmente responder "não procede" e negar tudo, do que realmente ouvir o cliente e buscar melhorias. A péssima nota é reflexo do péssimo serviço de vocês. Sem mais!
I only gave one star because 0 is not possible to give. Too much neglect of patients, delay in care, apart from overcrowding in times of pandemic, ignoring all safety procedures. The sum was to attend 3 people simultaneously in the same room, where even one of the patients was shirtless for the exam, I was very embarrassed. Terrible!
ANSWER:
In all comments made by you, and even in the indication of the clinic itself, the exams are made on a first-come, first-served basis. How to delay something that is not scheduled? There remains the questioning.
The rooms are YES overcrowded, this is even stated by yourselves, since at least they assume that they attended to me and 2 more people at the same time and in the same place. Care must be done individually, it is the standard, ethical and safe procedure, especially in times of pandemic.
As for embarrassment, nurses and technicians receive the discipline of ETHICS in their professional training, which was certainly not practiced in care. It is inconceivable to attend 3 people at the same time in the same room, and even worse, to ask a male patient to remove his clothes in front of a female patient. Gravissimo!
Anyway! It is much easier to simply answer "do not proceed" and deny everything, than to really listen to the customer and seek improvements. The bad grade is a reflection of your poor service. No further!
