★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei consulta para minha mãe com o Ortopedista Dr.Antonio que constatou que tinha quebrado o cotovelo e que tem que fazer uma cirurgia urgente, só que o mesmo não libera uma carta solicitando a cirurgia por dizer que não tem parceria com o SUS. Adiantou pagar uma consulta??? Não! Antes ter ido na UBS ficado o dia todo lá e já teria feito os procedimentos necessários.
 I paid an appointment for my mother with the Orthopedist Dr.Antonio who found that he had broken his elbow and that he has to undergo urgent surgery, but he does not release a letter requesting the surgery because he says he has no partnership with SUS. Did it pay for a consultation??? No! Before going to UBS, I stayed there all day and would have already done the necessary procedures.

As recepcionistas são grossas, com uma falta de descanso.
Atendimento pior que o SUS

Very good service at the reception, polite and helpful people. The doctor who attended me answered all questions, including about the exams. Clean, organized and affordable place. I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta com médicos bons. Porém, péssimo atendimento marcam e desmarcam e não avisam nada, perdemos tempo com deslocamento. E o retorno cobram.
Consult with good doctors. However, bad service marks and unmarks and doesn't warn anything, we waste time with displacement. And the return charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a consulta, fiz os exames pagos que a médica me pediu, e faltando 3 dias antes da consulta me mandam msg falando q estavam desmarcado minha consulta pq n tinha médico pra área que marquei, depois de 1 mês esperando eles e nada, retornei la hoje e fui mal atendido, agora decidi ir em outro lugar. Eu fazia tudo na MedNorte, mas a partir de hj nunca mais vou.
I made the appointment, I did the paid exams that the doctor asked me to do, and 3 days before the appointment they send me a message saying that my appointment was canceled because there was no doctor for the area I booked, after 1 month waiting for them and nothing, I returned there today and I was poorly attended, now I decided to go somewhere else. I used to do everything at MedNorte, but from now on I'll never go again.

Agendei um exame pra 10 horas cheguei as 10:25 porque não estou podendo andar rápido devido uma forte dor no abdômen que estou sentindo há alguns dias, não deixaram fazer o exame mesmo depois de eu ter implorado pra atendente que eu estou precisando muito pois amanhã iria mostrar pra GO ela não deixava nem eu falar só dizia que eu tinha atrasado 10 minutos da tolerância
Awful. I scheduled an exam for 10 am I arrived at 10:25 am because I can't walk fast due to a strong pain in my abdomen that I've been feeling for a few days, they didn't let me do the exam even after I begged the attendant that I really need it because tomorrow I would show it to GO, she wouldn't even let me talk, she just said that I was 10 minutes late on the tolerance

O médico que me atendeu foi muito profissional, tirou todas as dúvidas que eu tinha, foi super paciente.
