★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medplan já prestou hoje em dia só tem nome, mais de meia hora esperando ser atendida, só pra fazer uma inclusão no plano e nunca que fui atendida, fora outras raivas que já me fizeram passar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podre, plano nao presta descredenciou varios hospitais e clinicas, urgencia e emergência so no Hospital Sao Pedro o que dificulta muito na hora da doença, 5 anos de Medpla e nao quero nunca mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tinha uma consulta às 14 horas e as 13horas eles ligam cancelando . Sendo que eu já estava na medplan pra consulta . Será que fiquei feliz?
Eles mesmo mandam chegar uma hora antes e desmarcam em cima hora??
Today I had an appointment at 2 pm and at 1 pm they called canceling. Since I was already at medplan for consultation. Was I happy?
They even send an hour early and cancel at the last minute??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam esse plano de saúde ,o SUS é bem melhor ,eles tiraram o convênio de outros hospitais concentrando tudo em um só lugar causando super lotação e enorme demora no atendimento , levei meu filho no hospital São Pedro e depois de passar 5 horas e meia pra ser atendido saí de lá sem saber o que a criança tinha por que não fizeram nenhum exame, resultado passou 3 dias e não obteve melhora tive que voltar ao hospital esperar mais de 7 horas pra ser atendido sem fazer um exame e não ter nenhum diagnóstico ,UMA VERGONHA ,TOTAL DESCASO COM OS CLIENTES QUE PAGAM PELO PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO, MUITO DECEPCIONADO COM ESSE PLANO
Don't take this health plan, SUS is much better, they took the agreement from other hospitals concentrating everything in one place causing super crowding and huge delay in service, I took my son to São Pedro hospital and after spending 5 and a half hours to be seen I left there not knowing what the child had because they didn't do any tests, the result went on for 3 days and there was no improvement I had to go back to the hospital to wait more than 7 hours to be seen without doing an exam and having no diagnosis , A SHAME, TOTAL DISREGARD WITH CUSTOMERS WHO PAY FOR THE BAD SERVICE, VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLAN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho de 7 anos está com 39 graus de febre e vomitando, levei ele ao hospital memorial de picos para atendimento de urgência e a medica simplesmente disse que não tinha mais vaga para esse dia. A própria medica que estava de plantão mandou encaminhar para o hospital regional, então para que serve um plano se na hora da urgência é negado? ficou todo o dia jogado no hospital público sendo que pago o plano de saúde e na hora da precisão não serviu de nada.
My 7 year old son has a fever of 39 degrees and vomiting, I took him to the peaks memorial hospital for urgent care and the doctor simply said that there was no more vacancy for that day. The doctor who was on duty ordered the referral to the regional hospital, so what is the use of a plan if it is denied at the time of emergency? he was thrown all day in the public hospital and I paid for the health plan and at the time of precision it was of no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medplan agora é só nome, botaram todo atendimento infantil no hospital São Pedro, super lotação de crianças, cheguei lá com meu filho tinha 70 crianças na frente nem entrar deixaram. Melhor esperar em um hospital público com menos gente. Já providenciei a troca de plano depois dessa situação. Uma VERGONHA. Procurem outro plano de saúde quem não tá afim de passar raiva. NOTA 00000. Fora o atendimento do hospital São Pedro que não presta.
Medplan is just a name now, they put all child care at São Pedro hospital, super crowded with children, I got there with my son there were 70 children in front they didn't even let them enter. Better to wait in a public hospital with fewer people. I have already arranged for the change of plan after this situation. A shame. Look for another health plan if you don't want to be angry.
