★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial é bom, porém as vezes não podemos ir até eles pois só precisamos de uma informação, mas demoram muito pra responder no WhatsApp e diz que não aceitam ligação pelo app. Tento ligar normal mas cai direto na caixa postal. Precisam melhor essas questão de atendimento via telefone e WhatsApp.
The face-to-face service is good, but sometimes we can't go to them because we just need information, but they take a long time to respond on WhatsApp and say they don't accept calls through the app. I try to call normally but it goes straight to voicemail. They need better these service issues via phone and WhatsApp.
