★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na clinica para um retorno onde um rapaz (só tem esse rapaz na recepção) disse que esqueceu de agendar. Fechei minha agenda da tarde em pleno fechamento de mês, nem almocei para conseguir chegar na hora, porém ele disse que se eu quisesse, seria atendida depois de todos os pacientes. Informei que tinha atendimentos no fim do dia e não podia aguardar e pedi para ligar novamente para a médica e informar toda a situação, ele não quis, alegando que já tinha ligado, onde ouvi a conversa e não escutei em nenhum momento ele se responsabilizar pelo ocorrido e nem explicar a situação como um todo.
Estou indo embora sem ser atendida. Um absurdo esse atendimento sem compromisso e qualificação.
I arrived at the clinic for a return trip where a guy (only this guy is at the reception) said he forgot to make an appointment. I closed my afternoon schedule at the end of the month, I didn't even eat lunch to be able to arrive on time, but he said that if I wanted, I would be seen after all the patients. I informed that I had appointments at the end of the day and could not wait and asked to call the doctor again and inform the whole situation, he did not want to, claiming that he had already called, where I heard the conversation and did not hear him at any time responsible for the occurred and not explain the situation as a whole.
I'm leaving unanswered. This service without commitment and qualification is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são muito bons, mas o empreendimento vai falir se depender do atendimento. Funcionárias despreparadas, mau educadas, atendem com descaso. Pensei que com os anos isso fosse mudar, mas o mau atendimento parece ser a cultura organizacional.
Pelo WhatsApp consegue ser pior que presencialmente. Respostas incompletas, vazias, repassando problemas pro cliente que é de responsabilidade da organização da empresa, conseguem tornar negativa até mesmo a experiência de agendar uma consulta.
The doctors are very good, but the enterprise will fail if it depends on the care. Unprepared, poorly educated employees, they serve with carelessness. I thought that over the years this would change, but poor service seems to be the organizational culture.
Through WhatsApp it can be worse than in person. Incomplete, empty answers, passing on problems to the customer, which is the responsibility of the company's organization, can even make the experience of scheduling an appointment negative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!!!!! Tive péssimas (duas) experiências, uma com um ortopedista e outra com uma dermatologista que atendeu meu pai idoso de 81 anos. Ficam fazendo o paciente de bobo e principalmente se precisar de algum procedimento cirúrgico pelo plano, não dão as informações completas , um verdadeiro descaso. NÃO RECOMENDO!!!! PASSEM BEM LONGE DESTA CLÍNICA!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!!!!!! I had bad (two) experiences, one with an orthopedist and the other with a dermatologist who saw my 81 year old father. They keep making a fool of the patient and especially if you need a surgical procedure by plan, they don't give complete information, a real neglect. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento médico, embora atrasado, foi bom (ginecologista). Permanecer 3 hs na sala de espera foi muito desagradável: ar condicionado fraco e sem nenhum atrativo para amenizar a espera (TV, revista, música ambiente, etc). Quem não tinha celular para se distrair, ficou muito aborrecido.
Medical care, although late, was good (gynecologist). Staying in the waiting room for 3 hours was very unpleasant: weak air conditioning and no attraction to ease the wait (TV, magazine, background music, etc). Those who didn't have a cell phone to distract themselves were very annoyed.

Pelo Whatzap eles respondem depois de varias horas e a resposta sempre incompleta. Quando perguntei se eles faziam um determinado procedimento (mesmo contando o problema, que requer uma micro cirurgia) a secretaria Daiana, disse que para saber, deveria passar pela consulta, Ela disse que para saber se o médico fazia ou não eu deveria lembra la na parte da manhã, porque ela tem muito trabalho e se esquece . Um descaso total com o paciente. Logo de insistir ela liga dizendo que o médico não faz esse procedimento que preciso, ou seja, iria pagar a consulta e perder meu tempo. Imagino a quantidade de pacientes que perdem por esse péssimo trabalho. NAO RECOMENDO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has various doctors that you can walk-in or make an appointment to see. They accept many types of insurance or you can pay them (surprise!) in cash.
I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s convenient and quick. I will be back.
