★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com os pacientes. O médico disse que ia atrasar 15 min pq tinha que resolver uma questão urgente. Quase uma hora e ele nao voltou. E ainda fez pouco porque o atendimento era pela Unimed. A atendente ainda quis insinuar que a culpa era minha pq a conaulta estava marcada para 14h30min só que ao telefone me disseram 14h.
Só de simpátia nao se faz atendimento é preciso pontualidade e compromisso do profissional.
Lack of respect for patients. The doctor said he was going to delay 15 min because he had to resolve an urgent matter. Almost an hour and he didn't come back. And he did little because the service was provided by Unimed. The attendant still wanted to insinuate that it was my fault because the meeting was scheduled for 2:30 pm, but they told me on the phone at 2:00 pm.
Only sympathy is not provided, punctuality and professional commitment are required.
