★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento existente em clínica de trânsito. Não há espaço adequado de espera. Aquele local é totalmente inadequado para funcionar como uma prestadora de serviço público.
The worst service in the traffic clinic. There is no adequate waiting space. That location is totally inadequate to function as a public service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, falta de pontualidade, ninguém atende os telefones, lugar abafado , mal organizado , uma demora infernal para resolver algo simples , é um estabelecimento que só funciona por que tem parecia com Detran , e é obrigatório fazer nessa clínica , se dependesse da qualidade nunca iria estar funcionando .
Horrible service, lack of punctuality, no one answers the phones, stuffy place, poorly organized, a hellish delay to solve something simple, it is an establishment that only works because it looks like Detran, and it is mandatory to do in this clinic, if it depended on the quality it would never be working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar horrível, fiz o psicoteste e nada de sair na plataforma , pra marcar testes e exames é horrível . Péssimo atendimento a começar pela recepcionista e o resto da equipe . Chega ser vergonhoso certas situações que um cidadão de bem precisa se submeter para conseguir uma habilitação nesse país . Com certeza de todas as clínicas dessa feira de Santana. A Medtrans é sem dúvidas a pior .
A horrible place, I did the psychotest and nothing left on the platform, to schedule tests and exams is horrible. Bad service starting with the receptionist and the rest of the team. It is shameful for certain situations that a good citizen needs to undergo to obtain a license in that country. Certainly from all the clinics at this Santana fair. Medtrans is undoubtedly the worst.

Várias pessoas assim como eu chegaram 7:30 da manhã para um horário de chegada entre 8 as 9 hrs da manhã e mesmo assim tiveram q esperar do lado de fora, no sol e perderam a manhã toda nesse processo ridículo de agendamento irresponsável. Além do q é uma extrema falta de respeito fazer marcação de horário sabendo q pessoas vão precisar ficar do lado de fora no sol quente, por conta do distanciamento da pandemia, e mesmo assim n providenciar um toldo na entrada que o comporta tranquilamente.
Horrible place !! Several people like me arrived at 7:30 am for an arrival time between 8 and 9 am and still had to wait outside in the sun and lost the whole morning in this ridiculous process of irresponsible scheduling. Besides q it is an extreme lack of respect to make an appointment knowing that people will need to stay outside in the hot sun, due to the distance from the pandemic, and even so n provide an awning at the entrance that behaves it quietly.

Estou há mais de 1 semana tentando entrar em contato via telefone e ninguém atende, já fui 2x vezes no local em horário comercial e encontrei fechado... Não sei mais o que fazer para conseguir marcar um exame nessa clínica!
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE!
I've been trying to get in touch via phone for over 1 week and no one answers, I've been to the place twice during business hours and found it closed... I don't know what else to do to schedule an exam at this clinic!
