★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a clínica hoje, atendimento excelente, ambiente aconchegante, todos muito educados da recepção aos aplicadores de testes. Parabéns, super indico.
Me disponibilizaram tudo que precisei, atestado de comparecimento para a empresa e nota fiscal . Não tive nenhum problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na clinica neste momento 21/10/2019 as 15:00 solicitando nota fiscal pelo exame medico realizado na data de hoje e o atendente sem educação que atende pelo nome de "Junior", veio me dizer que só emite nota fiscal se o paciente solicitar... informei o mesmo que isto não procede, que o prestador deve emitir nota de todo serviço prestado independentemente de ser solicitado ou não pelo paciente.
o mesmo ficou irritadinho e desligou o telefone. Disse que a pessoa que emite nota vai estar na clinica só amanha, e o exame foi realizado hoje.
Onde vamos para com profissionais assim??????
Liguei novamente na clinica na data de hoje 23/10/2019 e o atendente Junior como sempre muito mal educado veio querer me da lição de moral... liguei pq emitiram a nota fiscal com nome de outra pessoa tive que pedir para minha irma buscar o documento a mesma deslocou do Bairro Asteca pra ir na clinica e pegar um documento com dados de outro pessoa e ele ainda se acha no direito de achar o dono da razão.
Pessoal sem comprometimento com o trabalho. vou denunciar -los por não emitirem as notas fiscais dos serviços prestados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que atendimento esse dessa clinica eu fiquei 5 minutos contado aguardando a senhora Izabel que atendeu e pediu um tempo e ficou batendo papo com uma amiga dela falando de vida particular delas e depois simplismente me deixou no telefone e parece que saiu da sala ja tem 20 minutos que estou tentando que absurdooooooooo... e o pior que ainda tenho que dar uma estrela por isso não merece nem meia estrela.
What kind of service at this clinic I was waiting for 5 minutes waiting for Mrs. Izabel who answered and asked for a break and chatted with a friend of hers talking about their private lives and then she simply left me on the phone and it seems she left the room already 20 minutes ago that I'm trying that absurdooooooooo... and the worst thing is that I still have to give a star so it doesn't deserve even half a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso até mudar o numero de estrela depois que conseguir marcar meus exames e fazer. Já tem dois dias que estou ligando ( desde cedo até na parte da tarde e nada de atender).
Vou deixar 2 estrela pois consegui mar e tem uma moça lá que e educado. Mas só consegui marcar depois de 1 semana ficar ligando e ninguém atendeu, foi na auto escola da minha cidade e aí eles ligaram e aí sim eles atenderam. Ainda tem que marque a prova somente na parte da manhã pois a tarde tinha compromisso, chego lá a mulher que fica na recepção/ que entrega o formulário para preencher super sem educação e grosa, a depois que fiz o exame né ( as questões) o cara que avaliou começou a intrometer na minha vida falando que não deveria fazer Tec enfermagem pois recebe pois (tô formando, tô amando a profissão, dinheiro é bom sim, mas vê um paciente feliz e bem melhor!), E para completar ele falaram só depois que acabou a questão que o médico não ia estar lá de manhã, que só ia está lá 14:00 (isso era 12:00, e eu tinha que ir em BH resolveu umas coisas e moro em Jaboticatubas). Bom pelo mesmo consegui, mas não indico ninguém essa Clínica!

You still have to schedule the test only in the morning because in the afternoon there was an appointment, the woman who stays at the reception arrives there / who delivers the form to fill out super rude and rude, after I took the exam, right (the questions) o The guy who evaluated started to interfere in my life saying that I shouldn't do Tec nursing because it gets paid because (I'm graduating, I'm loving the profession, yes, money is good, but he sees a happy patient and much better!), And to complete, they just said after the issue was over that the doctor would not be there in the morning, that he would only be there at 2:00 pm (this was 12:00 pm, and I had to go to Belo Horizonte, he resolved some things and I live in Jaboticatubas). Well for the same I managed, but I don't recommend anyone to this Clinic!

Consegui marcar os exames,
Estava indo tudo bem até chegar no PSICÓLOGO!!!!
Sujeito ficava pressionando agente a fazer os exercícios rápido e induzindo agente ao erro!
OBS: já renovei carteira em outras clínicas várias vezes e nunca psicólogo fazia pressão igual a esse cidadão!
