Dr. Carine is wonderful, but unfortunately the service at the reception and scheduling leaves something to be desired. Divergence in the past and delayed care information, I've had trouble 2 times in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, em relação ao primeiro atendimento não tenho reclamação, mas em relação ao atendimento da Dr° é uma negação. Tem uma profissional no dia de sexta-feira, que demora horrores para realizar o procedimento de fotocoagulação. A clínica fica dividida em dois andares e só depois que todos os pacientes do andar debaixo são atendidos, que a profissional sobe pra finalizar o atendimento, isso leva horas e horas. É cansativo, estressante, acho particularmente uma falta de respeito com o paciente. Inicialmente é feito uma marcação e o paciente só é atendido 3 horas depois.
Eu estou realmente insatisfeita, chateadissíma.
Well, in relation to the first service I have no complaint, but in relation to the service of Dr ° it is a denial. There is a professional on Friday, who takes horrors to perform the photocoagulation procedure. The clinic is divided into two floors and it is only after all the patients on the floor below are attended, that the professional goes up to finish the service, it takes hours and hours. It is tiring, stressful, I find it particularly disrespectful to the patient. Initially an appointment is made and the patient is only seen 3 hours later.
I am really dissatisfied, annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica é de excelência, bons profissionais, desde das atendentes aos médicos, porém o atraso no atendimento das consultas, inclusive com horários agendados deixa muito a desejar, toda vez que vou à clinica, sou atendido com um considerável atraso de 01 hora à 01:30.
