★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei todos os vidros da minha casa com eles. Depois que fechei começaram os problemas, além de uma má instalação que vez entrar água na minha varanda, o vidro emperrou. Ao chamá-los para manutenção, fui bloqueado!!!
PÉSSIMO!!!!
I closed all the windows in my house with them. After I closed the problems started, in addition to a bad installation that once water got on my balcony, the glass stuck. When I called them for maintenance, I was blocked !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa Mega Box prestou serviços na minha residência, e ao questionar a falta de uma trava para porta, a Cyntia, dona da empresa , foi prontamente mal educada, disse pra eu contratar outra empresa. Nunca vi uma dona de empresa tratar os clientes desta forma!!! Não recomendo à ninguém!
This Mega Box company provided services at my residence, and when I questioned the lack of a lock for the door, Cyntia, the company's owner, was promptly rude and told me to hire another company. I have never seen a business owner treat customers this way!!! I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até hoje esperando pela visita de um orçamento , se não vai só ser objetivo em dizer, ou cobrar pela visita já que tem um custo de deslocar até o local , Agora marcar mais de uma vez e não ir , e ainda só visualizar as msgs no WhatsApp é fazer a gente perder tempo, não posso dizer em relação ao serviço , mas atendimento é péssimo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei os valores, gostei da empresa e quando chamei no WhatsApp para fecharmos e só alinhar alguns detalhes simplesmente olham a mensagem e a impressão é responde quando quer, perguntaram onde eu morava ontem 16:47 e hoje quase 13 hrs da tarde não tive retorno apenas visualizaram a mensagem e nem falaram o que ia fazer. Agora mandei uma mensagem falando da minha insatisfação e que iria procurar outra empresa e eles mais uma vez só olharam a mensagem, poderia até ser uma empresa boa, mas o descaso com o cliente conta muito. Uma pena!!
