★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, a clínica lotada e 1 atendente pra abrir ficha, atender telefone e marcar exame. Se optar por ir, vai com tempo. Além disso a atendente parece perdida, fica horas pra abrir uma ficha, parece que não sabe utilizar o sistema. Muito mal organizado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demorado, profissionais totalmente descomprometido com os pacientes, ar condicionado desligado, água quente, estava tão lotado que não havia lugar para sentar, muitos pacientes estavam sentados no chão do lado externo da clínica, e se o médico especialista falta eles não ligam para comunicar, não recomendo pra ninguém este lugar.... não volto nunca mais...
Bad service, time consuming, professionals totally uncommitted to patients, air conditioning off, hot water, it was so crowded that there was no place to sit, many patients were sitting on the floor outside the clinic, and if the specialist doctor is missing they don't care to communicate, I do not recommend this place to anyone.... I will never come back...

Esperamos 3 horas o médico chegar , os funcionários parecem escravos , um deles me falou que o salário está atrasado há mais de 40 dias, como pode ? Ai chega o médico todo importante de iphone , nem olha na cara dos pacientes , passou a mesma medicação, pra mim pro meu irmão e pro meu amigo , aí eu te falo como o Iamspe aceita a gente ser atendido nesse bar , porque parece um boteco , sujo , cheio de gente aguardando o mágico dar a mesma cachaça pra todo mundo melhorar , ja avisei no iamspe, vou processar o médico, denunciei na vigilância, e só vou sossegar quando fechar , nem luz no banheiro tem a sala de raio x as lâmpadas tudo queimada , gente estamos em 2021, pelo amor de Deus são seres humanos, não animais ,estamos numa clínica, não no antigo paz , meu Deus , fechem isso não há estrutura nenhuma ..... Horrível nota 0 , milhões de zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É muito humilhante precisar passar em médico e a pessoa nem olhar na tua cara, não te ouvir... vc entra ruim na consulta com psiquiatra e sai pior...

Resultado= nem minha fixa abriram ainda.
Se pudesse daria 0 estrelas. PÉSSIMOS PRESTADORES DE SERVIÇO. (NÃO DESPERDICE DINHEIRO E TEMPO VINDO AO LOCAL).
HORRIBLE if you have ANY OTHER OPTION DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I arrived 1 hour before my time.
Result= not even my fixed opened yet.
If I could I would give 0 stars. TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDERS. (DO NOT WASTE MONEY AND TIME COMING TO THE PLACE).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima clinica. 3 horas esperando para ser atendido. Um único médico que atende de clínico geral, urologista e cardiologista. Marcam dezenas de pacientes e temos que ficar horas e horas esperando. Fora a estrutura péssima, lugar quente, pessoas esperando do lado de fora, não tem cadeiras pra sentar. Um caos! SUS tá muito melhor.
Bad clinic. 3 hours waiting to be served. A single doctor who serves as a general practitioner, urologist and cardiologist. They schedule dozens of patients and we have to wait hours and hours. Apart from the terrible structure, hot place, people waiting outside, there are no chairs to sit on. Chaos! SUS is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção péssimo e demorado. Comecei a passar meu filho com a Dra. Lara em janeiro (o atendimento dela era a única coisa que gostava), estava fazendo acompanhamento com ela, e agora a mesma não atende mais na clínica. E pra finalizar o agendamento por telefone é horrível, fico 10 min, 20 min até mesmo 30 minutos no telefone e ninguém atende, pelo o whatsapp uma vez consegui contato, mas no dia seguinte a msg já não era enviada. Enfim péssimo atendimento, péssimo o lugar, péssimo o agendamento.
