Mas depois na tentativa da devolução o responsável Flávio se negou a realizar a troca, mesmo explicando toda situação.
Com isso, perdeu alguns clientes, sou da área de tecnologia e esse tipo de atendimento não se faz.
Eu evitaria essa loja, tem tantas outras boas na cidade que nos atendem bem...
