Estou muito insatisfeita com o UBER EATS e o meu último pedido na MEGA ESFIHA.
Fiz um pedido através do meu celular no dia 21/12/2019, e o pedido desaparecia da tela do meu celular... retornei ao celular 2 vezes o mesmo pedido. Acontece que a pizzaria MEGA ESFIHA enviou 1 pedido e cerca de 20 minutos depois mais 2 pedidos iguaizinhos, expliquei ao motoboy oque acontecia na hora do pedido, e imediatamente entrei cancelando estes pedidos.
Já trabalhei em pizzaria e sei que há condições da pizzaria se certificar do pedido. Como iria fazer o mesmo pedido 3 vezes, só se eu fôsse louca! Já enviei inúmeros pedidos de cancelamentos pelo celular... mas os débitos vieram em minha fatura de crédito.
Espero nunca mais utilizar os serviços da MEGA ESFIHA e nem da UBER EATS.

I am very dissatisfied with UBER EATS and my last order at MEGA ESFIHA.
I placed an order through my cell phone on 12/21/2019, and the order disappeared from the screen of my cell phone ... I returned to the cell phone 2 times the same order. It turns out that the pizzeria MEGA ESFIHA sent 1 order and about 20 minutes later, 2 more identical orders, I explained to the motoboy what happened at the time of the order, and immediately I entered canceling these orders.
I've already worked in a pizzeria and I know that there are conditions for the pizzeria to make sure the order. How would I make the same request 3 times, only if I was crazy! I have already sent numerous requests for cancellations by cell phone ... but the debits came on my credit bill.
I hope to never use the services of MEGA ESFIHA or UBER EATS again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela manha tomar cafe e me arrependi ,a atendente so fica no celular , nao da um bom dia e atende com a cara feia , todas as vezes que vou e asskm , pessimo !!!
I went in the morning to have coffee and I regretted it, the attendant just stays on the cell phone, does not give a good day and answers with an ugly face, every time I go and asskm, terrible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, paguei caro na pizza para chegar gelada, fora que a pizza Baiana não tem nada a ver com a pizza de fato, pois nem pimentão, nem pimenta vem, pizza feia toda bagunçada. Foi a primeira e última vez não recomendo!!!! Joguei meu dinheiro fora!

Estive nesse estabelecimento pedi 3 coxinhas e ela só deu 2, de tão desligada que ela é … A outra moça que trabalhava no estabelecimento era mais simpática, uma magrinha bem clarinha.

I was in this establishment I asked for 3 coxinhas and she only gave 2, she is so disconnected… The other girl who worked at the establishment was more friendly, a very pale skinny girl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pastel nesse local quando fui consumir no dia seguinte estava sem recheio, no outro dia fui realizar reclamação e responderam desta forma conforme a imagem, segundo a funcionária a mando do responsável.
Pois se o responsável é desta forma confirma que o local é extremamente irresponsável e desrespeitoso com seus clientes.
