★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom,já sou cliente desde 2017 e por todo esse tempo a empresa não vem prestado um bom atendimento ao cliente e por esses últimos tempos eles vem com uma "promoção para novos clientes" que conta com um roteador e paga a internet mais barata.
Eu solicitei o serviço e eles disseram que eu não podia pois não sou um cliente novo,e eu acho isso muito injusto pois meu roteador está deixando a desejar.
E toda noite está caindo.
Well, I've been a customer since 2017 and for all that time the company hasn't been providing good customer service and for the last few years they've come up with a "promotion for new customers" that has a router and pays for cheaper internet.
I requested the service and they said I couldn't as I am not a new customer, and I find this very unfair as my router is lacking.
And every night it's falling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O suporte deixam muito a desejar. Na única vez em que precisei de suporte da Mega Speed (mudei de endereço) simplesmente não me atendem e não me respondem pra uma solicitação simples. Agora quero cancelar e também não sou respondido. Duvido muito que o tempo que estou sem internet vai ser descontado na hora de pagar.. Falam que o setor responsável vai retornar e nunca retorna.
Fui pessoalmente até a sede da empresa e também não tem atendimento ao público. Resumindo, não contratem!
Support leaves a lot to be desired. The only time I needed support from Mega Speed (I changed address) they just don't answer me and they don't respond to a simple request. Now I want to cancel and I'm not getting a response either. I very much doubt that the time I am without internet will be discounted when paying. They say that the responsible sector will return and never returns.
I personally went to the company's headquarters and there is also no public service. In short, don't hire!
