Não montou meu guarda roupa até hj .O mesmo foi comprado dia 19/11/16 e hoje já é dia 09/12/16 e nada .Fui informada q montaria em 10 dias. Quero muito devolver o produto e a minha vontade é de registrar no reclame aqui
Super upset with this store, especially in Campo Grande on av Cesário de Melo. Did not set up my wardrobe until today. The same was bought on 19/11/16 and today is already 09/12/16 and nothing. I was informed that would mount in 10 days. I really want to return the product and my desire is to register in the complaint here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada com o atendimento. Eu e meu marido fomos à loja, mas esqueci minha máscara em casa e a do meu marido o elástico soltou na rua e então ficamos sem máscara. Iríamos comprar um guarda roupa a vista, pq estávamos com urgência e um funcionário já de idade (superior) não deixou a gente entrar e ainda ficou de grosseria. Estávamos errados por não estarmos de máscara, mas a compra iria ser rápida, expliquei que iria comprar na hora e mesmo assim, fomos tratados com desprezo. Independente de máscara ou não, a gente tinha coisas pra fazer e estávamos com pressa... enfim... Não volto mais nessa loja. Péssimo atendimento e falta de empatia.
I am disappointed with the service. My husband and I went to the store, but I forgot my mask at home and my husband's rubber band released on the street and then we were without a mask. We were going to buy a clothes closet in sight, because we were in a hurry and an old (senior) employee wouldn't let us in and was rude. We were wrong for not wearing a mask, but the purchase would be quick, I explained that I would buy it on the spot and even so, we were treated with contempt. Regardless of the mask or not, we had things to do and we were in a hurry ... anyway ... I'm not going back to this store anymore. Bad service and lack of empathy.
