★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá Bom dia... Estou na academia a pouco tempo, mais vou dá minha opinião sobre o assunto abordado. Em relação ao nosso Coch a meu ver está de parabéns, gosto demais das aulas dele do atendimento e da forma como nós passa os exercícios . O espaço também é bom. Agora eu tenho uma colocação. Acredito que as músicas deveriam colocar umas mais atualizadas que agradasse mais o público em geral. Todo ambiente deve acompanhar o tempo a qual estamos vivendo na minha opinião isso influência bastante. O momento do croos além de fazer bem a nossa saúde é um horário que tiramos para nós divertir e a música influência muito nessa questão.
Obs: Estou avaliando apenas o Croos porque só participo dele até o momento .

Regarding our Coch, in my opinion, congratulations, I really like his classes and the way in which we pass the exercises. Space is also good. Now I have a placement. I believe that the songs should put more updated ones that would please the general public more. Every environment must accompany the time we are living in, in my opinion, this influences a lot. The croos moment, in addition to being good for our health, is a time we take to have fun and music has a lot of influence on this issue.
Note: I'm only evaluating Croos because I only participate in it so far.
