★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei no salão para tirar dúvidas sobre o método de mega hair fita , me passaram um valor aproximado e me disseram que a cabeleireira extensionista iria me falar o valor no local , chegando lá a mesma me falou um valor aproximado e não falava o valor do serviço , eu fui com cabelo escovado e a cabeleireira me fez lavar e fazer escova alegando que sempre lavava o cabelo das clientes que fazia parte do processo dela , autorizei fiz a escova e o procedimento. Na hora de pagar a conta me foi cobrado as duas escovas , um valor absurdo da extensão .
Ao questionar com a recepcionista e com a cabeleireira elas não concordaram , não respeitaram a mim como cliente . Embora eu em nenhum momento me neguei a pagar pelo valor abusivo deles. Mesmo assim paguei .
Profissionais péssimos , cabeleira agiu de má fé comigo e a recepcionista compactuou .
Não recomendo , nunca mais volto .

 I called the salon to ask questions about the mega hair tape method, they gave me an approximate amount and told me that the extension hairdresser would tell me the amount on the spot, getting there told me an approximate amount and did not speak the value of the service , I went with brushed hair and the hairdresser made me wash and make a brush claiming that she always washed the hair of the clients that was part of her process, I authorized the brush and procedure. When paying the bill I was charged for the two brushes, an absurd amount of extension.
When questioning with the receptionist and the hairdresser they did not agree, they did not respect me as a client. Although I never refused to pay for their abusive value. I still paid.
Lousy professionals, hairdressers acted in bad faith with me and the receptionist agreed.
I don't recommend it, I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje a experiência foi péssima,fui fazer pé e mão com uma açougueira , sempre fiz as unhas com a Wanda e nunca tive problema,hoje a Thainá me atendeu e a experiência foi muito ruim, não recomendo ela ,e o salão também podia contratar mais pessoas como a Wanda,fiquei muito chateada, saí do salão tremendo de tanto sangue que eu vi nos dedos ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira fez que usei o salão foi excelente comprei o cabelo coloquei o mega tudo lindo a Mariana com quem comprei o cabelo me explicou que a.manutencao variava entre 200 a 300 reais não.mais que isso. Pra mim estava perfeito no dia que fui fazer a manutenção fui atendida pela funcionária Pamela uma amor de pessoas super atenciosa ,minha sorte que perguntei pra ela o valor da.manutencao onde foi me passados o valor apartir de 700reais quando expliquei pra ela que foi me.passado na faixa de 200 a 300 reais foi chamado a vendedora marina que me fez passar por.mentirosa dizendo.que não havia me passado tais valores..fiquei decepcionada pela falta de profissionalismo da Mariana com o sarcasmo e falta de ética dela no.final tive que optar por.outto método por falta de compromisso dessa funcionária que só pensou na venda ,não me passou os valores reais saí do salão frustrada deprimida chateada não recomendo a funcionária Mariana pra nada o salão ótimo mais se.um.dia.forem.usar serviço de mega hair não.compre cabelo com ela é uma pessoa além de sarcástica e mal-intencionado
