Quando finalmente me atenderam, disseram que tinha 20 pedidos na minha frente !!! ou seja, perderam meu pedido, não anotaram, ou deram preferencia pra alguem, alguma coisa aconteceu ... totalmente despreparada , essa empresa!
Ordered yesterday ... waited 1h 40mins, got tired of calling and calling on whatsapp !!! When they finally answered me, they said there were 20 orders in front of me !!! that is, they lost my order, did not take notes, or gave preference to someone, something happened ... totally unprepared, this company!
