Realizaram a limpeza do meu sofá em menos de 1h , não deu diferencia quase nenhuma e o sofá ficou ensopado!
E o braço desfilou todo o tecido, pois eles realizam o serviço com uma escova de lavar roupa (que dependendo do tecido do sei sofá vai danificar), então enviei uma msg para perguntar se o sofá iria demorar p secar e tbm dizer do sofá desfiado, ele me respondeu grosseiramente falando que meu sofá estava com grude e que era antigo e desgastado (sendo que tenho o sofá a 1 anos e 8 meses).
Quando fui contratar o serviço perguntei se eles lavavam as amofadas tbm, e disseram que sim! Quando ele chegou pediu para que eu colocasse minhas amofadas na máquina, ou seja a cor da amofada que eu lavei ficou totalmente diferente da limpeza do sofá.
Meu tapete continuo sufo pois nem aspirados eles passou direito, péssimo de verdade!
Não são profissionais, mal educado e ignorante!
NÃO RECONENDO!!!

They cleaned my sofa in less than 1 hour, there was almost no difference and the sofa was soaked!
And the arm paraded all the fabric, because they perform the service with a washing brush (which depending on the fabric of the sofa will damage), so I sent a message to ask if the sofa would take p dry and also to say the shredded sofa , he answered me rudely saying that my sofa was sticky and that it was old and worn (since I have the sofa for 1 years and 8 months).
When I went to hire the service I asked if they washed the cushions too, and said yes! When he arrived he asked me to put my cushions in the machine, in other words, the color of the cushion I washed was totally different from the sofa's cleaning.
My rug is still suffocated because they didn't even get vacuumed, really bad!
They are not professionals, rude and ignorant!
