★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é linda e com a qualidade de sempre dos produtos Cacau Show, no entanto o serviço de café deixa a desejar. Não possuía todos os produtos no cardápio, atendimento demorado e apresentação do produto não condizente com a imagem vendida.
The store is beautiful and with the usual quality of Cacau Show products, however the coffee service leaves something to be desired. It did not have all the products on the menu, time-consuming service and product presentation not consistent with the image sold.

Loja linda e aparentemente bem estruturada, mas a gerência deixou a desejar... depois de passar pelo totem de auto atendimento, esperei mais de 10 minutos até aparecer um funcionário que apenas passou por ali para na verdade atender a outro cliente. O mesmo funcionário viu que meu pedido estava em espera além do tempo regular e me atendeu prontamente porém, para comer meu fondue, o funcionário teve que pegar e lavar uma colher que estava em um recipiente recém usado e deixado no balcão por outro cliente. Não havia guardanapos, a fila do caixa estava enorme e ninguém para atender nos balcões do café ou do sorvete. Os funcionários presentes se desdobravam para manter o atendimento da melhor forma possível, mas, repito, aparentemente não havia alguém responsável pela organização e funcionamento adequado do local que também dava a impressão de não ter o número ideal de funcionários. Espero que corrijam essa falha, que ao meu ver, é muito grave.
10/14/2021... Beautiful store and apparently well structured, but the management left something to be desired... after going through the self-service totem, I waited more than 10 minutes until an employee appeared who just stopped by to actually serve another customer. The same employee saw that my order was on hold beyond the regular time and answered me promptly, however, to eat my fondue, the employee had to pick up and wash a spoon that was in a recently used container and left on the counter by another customer. There were no napkins, the checkout line was long, and no one to serve at the coffee or ice cream counters. The employees present did their utmost to keep the service in the best possible way, but, I repeat, apparently there was no one responsible for the organization and proper functioning of the place, who also gave the impression of not having the ideal number of employees. I hope they correct this flaw, which in my view is very serious.

The place is beautiful, but the service is careless Several attendants available and do not serve you at the table. I had to get up to fetch a tray with several cups. Frankly, I'm not going back there for coffee with friends anymore.
