★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da loja é maravilhosa, os eletrodomésticos são bons! Mas o atendimento é horrível, na verdade não tem atendimento. Os vendedores não dão a mínima pra sua presença lá. A forma de pagamento é mt complicada e vc só tem estresse. Fui fazer minha lista de casamento lá e me trataram mt mal e sem receptividade alguma. Não ando mais lá.
 The structure of the store is wonderful, the appliances are good! But the service is horrible, in fact there is no service. Sellers don't give a damn about your presence there. The payment method is very complicated and you only have stress. I went to make my wedding list there and they treated me very badly and without any receptiveness. I don't walk there anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Passei quase uma hora para receber a mercadoria e quando recebi parecia que a embalagem estava no lixo. Embalagem todo deteriorada, fiquei foi com vergonha de sair com o produto.
Terrible. I spent almost an hour to receive the goods and when I received it, it looked like the packaging was in the trash. All deteriorated packaging, I was ashamed to leave with the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto de comprar lá só não gosto de ir pagar o caixa é lá em cima e eu tenho medo de escadas ? quase sempre eu peço pro vendedor ir pagar lá pra mim ... o ruim que não tem cadeiras pra gente se sentar ... meu esposo nao pode ficar em pé MUITO tempo por que ele tem os pés quebrados e ele reclama que lá nao tem cadeiras pra ele sentar e esperar eu compra .. mais de resto a loja é muito boa.
I like to buy there, I just don't like going to pay the cashier up there and I'm afraid of stairs ? I almost always ask the seller to go and pay for me ... the bad thing that there are no chairs for us to sit on .. my husband cannot stand for a LONG time because he has broken feet and he complains that there are no chairs for him to sit and wait for me to buy .. moreover the store is very good.

Quando algo dar defeito eles não querem aceitar levar pra garantia e também eles vendem coisas sem está no estoque.
A gente espera dias, semanas e até meses se deixar eles quietos.
The three times I bought it there, I regretted it bitterly.
When something breaks down they don't want to take it under warranty and they also sell things out of stock.
We wait days, weeks and even months if we leave them alone.
