I made the purchase beginning of December, delivery date would be UNTIL 02/5/2022 and so far nothing. They don't answer the phone and don't answer on WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cancelei a compra em outubro 21 no meu cartão VISA e até hoje 25/3/22 eles não estornaram o valor!! A comunicação é só por WhatsApp e me dizem que o financeiro vai resolver. Já foram devotadas 6 parcelas e eles não resolvem!!! Um absurdo!!! Tenho tudo documentado, só me resta entrar na justiça!!!
I canceled the purchase on October 21 on my VISA card and until today 3/25/22 they have not refunded the amount!! Communication is only via WhatsApp and they tell me that the finance department will sort it out. 6 installments have already been devoted and they don't solve it!!! An absurdity!!! I have everything documented, I just have to go to court!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a compra de um Combo Playground, e pagamento efetuado dia 10/11/2021, e até agora não recebi nada, os telefones disponíveis o site não estão funcionando. O ultimo retorno que recebi pelo whats prometeu a saída dia 28/01/2022, porém até agora nada. No momento da compra o atendimento é super rápido, depois eles nem aparecem. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA EMPRESA.
I made the purchase of a Combo Playground, and payment was made on 11/10/2021, and so far I have not received anything, the available phones on the website are not working. The last return I received by whats promised to leave on 01/28/2022, but so far nothing. At the time of purchase the service is super fast, then they don't even show up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

A entrega foi na data estipulada e nao tivemos problema algum!
All right over here! I saw the reviews about delays and I got a little hesitant, as they were months ago, I got in touch anyway. When talking to them the price was very good and I decided to take a chance.
Delivery was on time and we had no problems!
