★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive muitos problemas com a empresa, não foram uma ou duas vezes.
Levei minha impressora para arrumar, me cobraram e me devolveram com o mesmo problema. Reclamei com eles e quando levei novamente eles trocaram somente o tonner, sendo assim a primeira cobrança foi indevida.
Mesmo assim continuei insistindo no serviço deles. Levei meu computador e o mesmo problema… Me devolveram com o mesmo defeito, mas o valor novamente foi cobrado por um defeito não resolvido, lá vai eu de novo ter que entrar em contato com a empresa, gastar combustível, ir até lá mais duas vezes e nada de resolverem o problema, ligo lá e fazem pouco caso dizendo pra levar meu computador lá como se eu não tivesse nada da vida pra fazer e tivesse 100% de disponibilidade do meu tempo pra ficar indo lá todo dia pra ver se um dia eles conseguem consertar.
Não indico o trabalho deles, a experiência que tive não desejo a ninguém.
Unfortunately I had a lot of problems with the company, not once or twice.
I took my printer to fix, they charged me and returned it with the same problem. I complained to them and when I took it again they only changed the toner, so the first charge was wrong.
Even so, I continued to insist on their service. I took my computer and the same problem... They returned it to me with the same defect, but the value was again charged for an unresolved defect, there I go again, having to contact the company, spend fuel, go there twice more and nothing to solve the problem, I call there and they make light of it saying to take my computer there as if I had nothing in life to do and I had 100% availability of my time to go there every day to see if they would one day can fix it.
I don't point out their work, the experience I had I don't wish on anyone.

I TAKEN MY PRINTER THAT WAS NOT PRINTING IN COLOR IN BLACK IT WAS PERFECT, I PAID AND WHEN I ARRIVED AT HOME MY PRINTER DOES NOT PRINT IN BLACK. AS WELL? I CONTACTED AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO THE AUTHORIZED HP. Hey? HOW SO AND CHARGED FOR WHAT? NOW THE PRINTER DOES NOT PRINT ANYTHING. DISSATISFACTION, NOT RECOMMENDING. AND IF I HAD READ THE COMMENTS BEFORE I WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN MY PRINTER. ONLY LOSS.NOTE 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu notebook com 1 problema, quando eu não autorizei o serviço tiraram um componente da placa , meu HD HP voltou Samsung e apagaram meu usuário e meus arquivos.
Pior atendimento da minha vida, não tem dinheiro que pague o que eles fizeram comigo.
I took my notebook with 1 problem, when I didn't authorize the service they took a component off the board, my HP HD came back to Samsung and they deleted my user and my files.
Worst service of my life, there is no money to pay for what they did to me.

Also if you are new to the language of Brazilian Portuguese then when you are in a shop and don't have your Smartphone with you which has you offline Translator App on it then just ask the store keeper if they can go one there computer and use Google Translator to communicate with the store attendants to help you with something that interests you or to get more information about some you need to buy.
