★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi uma coisa e me entregaram exatamente a oposto. Fui para fazer luzes (coisa que faço há 15 anos) e também tratamentos para fortalecer. Meu cabelo é castanho medio/claro e já tinha as pontas mais claras, logo, o que pedi era extremamente simples por ser a cor natural do meu cabelo. Chegando lá me obrigam a fazer uma tonalização na raiz por ter mechas mais claras de sol, esse procedimento custou 200 reais e deixou meu cabelo PRETO. Não contente, fizeram as luzes depois disso e deixaram horas os produtos no meu cabelo (sendo que eu queria um tom mel, cerca de 3 tons mais claro que meu original). Meu cabelo parecia um chiclete enquanto eu ficava la tomando chá de cadeira e vendo os funcionários atender outras 10 pessoas ao mesmo tempo. Resultado: meu cabelo ficou super elástico (coisa que nesses 15 anos nunca aconteceu), fiquei 9 horas no salão (geralmente faço tudo em menos de 4h), tiveram que fazer MAIS UMA tonalização escura por ter aberto demais o loiro e ainda me propuseram uma terceira para deixar um loiro “quente” como eu queria. Paguei 40% a mais do que esperava (comprei um pacote) pra fazer exatamente o que eu não queria. Não volto mais e recomendo que ninguém perca seu dinheiro neste lugar.
I asked for one thing and they gave me exactly the opposite. I went for lights (something I've been doing for 15 years) and also treatments to strengthen. My hair is medium/light brown and already had the lightest ends, so what I asked for was extremely simple as it is my natural hair color. Arriving there, they force me to do a toning at the root for having lighter streaks of sunlight, this procedure cost 200 reais and left my hair BLACK. Not happy, they did the highlights after that and left the products in my hair for hours (since I wanted a honey tone, about 3 shades lighter than my original). My hair felt like gum as I sat there drinking tea from my chair and watching the staff attend to 10 other people at the same time. Result: my hair was super elastic (which has never happened in these 15 years), I spent 9 hours in the salon (I usually do everything in less than 4 hours), they had to do ONE MORE dark shade for having opened the blonde too much and they even proposed a third to make a blonde "hot" as I wanted. I paid 40% more than I expected (bought a package) to do exactly what I didn't want. I won't come back and recommend that no one waste their money in this place.

A unha do pé até ficou bonita mas da mão, cheeeia de bolinha e o buço? A moça tirou mas nem me deu um espelho para olhar e quando chego em casa os cantos do buço cheio de pêlo bastava tira restante na cera ou na pinça? Bom isso que buço foi 23$ , pé 23$ e mão 26$ e nao sai satisteita mas ja havia ficado tanto tempo das 17h30 ate 19h30 que queria so ir embora , real mente indico apenas fazer cabelo lá assim como faço e nada mais...

Well that fluff was 23$, foot 23$ and hand 26$ and she doesn't leave satisfied but I had already stayed so long from 17:30 to 19:30 that I just wanted to leave, I really recommend just doing hair there as I do and nothing more.. .

Aliás, fazia tempo que não encontrávamos alguém que entendesse tão bem as técnicas e o cabelo curto dela ficou sensacional!!! O melhor custo-benefício sem duvida! I did the reflex combo with Marcelo and I loved my hair! @marcelocarlosoficial .The care, patience and affection with me and my mother was incredible! In fact, it's been a while since we found someone who understood the techniques so well and her short hair was sensational!!! The best value for money without a doubt! Great location too, plus the place is well ventilated. The salon has many promotional combos that are worth it! I made the hand with Cleia who is super patient and gave me confidence. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11/12 marquei para realizar um procedimento de luzes na unidade próximo ao metrô Oscar Freire (paguei por um pacote de luzes, tratamento, corte e finalização, porém não fiz tratamento e nem corte) e vim pontuar algumas coisas que aconteceram comigo:
- Na hora de “apagar a minha raiz” a tinta ficou por muito tempo no meu cabelo, manchando a minha testa e a profissional tentou remover, porém não saía, tive que ir embora com um potinho de removedor e algodão para ir removendo durante o caminho. (achei um absurdo pois no dia seguinte eu teria que viajar, e mesmo assim no outro dia não saiu tudo).
- A agua do salão acabou e ninguém me informou, o profissional simplesmente só chegou e começou a enxaguar o meu cabelo no lavatório um BALDE e não teve o menor cuidado, molhando todo o meu rosto sem ao menos se desculpar pelo ocorrido, inclusive também não tiveram cuidado ao pentear o meu cabelo.
- Acabei que não realizei o tratamento e fui pra casa, como direito do consumidor, eu solicitei reembolso daquilo que não foi realizado, informei a equipe e a gerente entrou em contato comigo, pediu desculpas mas sempre alegando que o estorno seria realizado posteriormente (Ela pediu para que eu voltasse ao salão para reparar o erro, mas eu não quis pois não tive uma boa experiência, então optei pelo estorno). Entrei diversas vezes em contato com a Equipe e a resposta era sempre relacionado a adiar, contestando que o problema não tinha sido resolvido por que o salão estava em obra, de qualquer forma não consigo entender o por que o cliente não é prioridade. Já fazem mais de UM mês que estou aguardando o meu estorno e nada!! Infelizmente eu não recomendo pra ninguém, pois na hora de fazer o pagamento, a recepcionista vai ate a sua cadeira pra te cobrar, mas na hora de resolver uma questão de insatisfação o caso se perde... Enfim, saí de lá com a testa manchada, cabelo amarelado e levemente emborrachado pela falta do tratamento. Lamento pelo ocorrido e pela falta de comprometimento com o cliente, tive muita paciência para esperar a solução, porém o caso está pendente e espero que não ocorra com mais ninguém.

- I ended up not performing the treatment and went home, as a consumer right, I requested a refund for what was not performed, I informed the team and the manager contacted me, apologized but always claiming that the chargeback would be made later (She asked me to go back to the salon to fix the error, but I didn't want to because I didn't have a good experience, so I opted for a chargeback). I contacted the team several times and the answer was always related to postponing, contesting that the problem had not been solved because the salon was under construction, anyway I can't understand why the customer is not a priority. I've been waiting for my refund for over a month and nothing!! Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone, because when making the payment, the receptionist goes to your chair to charge you, but when it comes to resolving an issue of dissatisfaction, the case is lost... Anyway, I left there with my forehead stained, hair yellowed and slightly rubbery from lack of treatment. I'm sorry for what happened and for the lack of commitment to the customer, I had a lot of patience to wait for the solution, but the case is pending and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
