★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com todo respeito. Esta é a uma das piores lojas que existe no Estado do Ceará. Atendimento péssimo, péssimo, péssimo em todos os sentidos. Deixar clientes esperando 6, 7 horas para fazerem uma simples alteração ou um pedido, ver uma única pessoa sendo atendida das 8h10 as 16h20 é algo inacreditável. Não existe uma gerencia, não tem uma organizacao minima e muito menos respeito por parte dos gestores dessa Mega Designe silk. Existe um senhor em uma das lojas que, apesar de não ser obrigado a sorrir, tem uma postura impressionantemente grosseira. Uma vergonha que não dá para acreditar. EVITEM, EVITAM usar os serviços dessa empresa. Procurem, por mais distante que seja, outras alternativa. E acredite: será muito mais vantagem. Alem disso, as vezes que estive lá, outras dezenas e clientes pensam da mesma forma. Sem contar que os funcionários de uma das salas que faz a sublimacao é insuportavel de respirar por causa da fumaça causada pela sublimação e os colaboradores não trabalham com protecao. Inacreditável.
With all respect. This is one of the worst stores in the State of Ceará. Terrible, lousy, lousy service in every way. To leave customers waiting 6, 7 hours to make a simple change or an order, to see a single person being served from 8:10 am to 4:20 pm is unbelievable. There is no management, no minimum organization, much less respect from the managers of this Mega Design silk. There is an old man in one of the stores who, despite not having to smile, has an impressively rude demeanor. A shame I can't believe. AVOID, AVOID using the services of that company. Look, however far away, for other alternatives. And believe me: it will be much more advantageous. Besides, the times I've been there, dozens more and customers think the same way. Not to mention that the employees in one of the rooms that carry out the sublimation are unbearable to breathe because of the smoke caused by the sublimation and the employees do not work with protection. Unbelievable.

E ainda desliga no telefone na nossa cara sem mais sem menos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, ñ tem menor respeito pelos os clientes. Fui fazer minhas compras na época eu estava grávida e nem cadeira me ofereceram pra sentar, enfrentando fila igual os outros e o pior eu já estava c/ fome e era perto da hora do almoço. Sem falar dos rapazes q trabalham no computador e colocam na nossa frente os esquemas deles... E tudo isso man cara dura. Se Deus quiser eu nunca ponho meus pés lá, pois eles têm descaso c/ os clientes, devem achar q só tem eles na cidade
Terrible service, no respect for customers. I went to do my shopping at the time I was pregnant and they didn't even offer me a chair, facing a line like the others and the worst I was already hungry and it was close to lunch time. Not to mention the guys who work at the computer and put their schematics in front of us... And all this is a tough guy. God willing, I'll never set foot there, because they don't care about customers, they must think they're the only ones in town
