Depois de passar mais de 30 minutos na fila em um calor muito grande, a atendente se recusou a digitar o codigo do boleto pq a maquina nao conseguiu registrar o código de barra, só foi possivel o pagamento pq outro atendente veio digitar o codigo posteriormente, reclamei bastante no local todas as pessoas na fila acharam um absurdo a atitude dela, nunca mais voltarei a essa unidade.
Worst service I have ever received in lotteries.
After spending more than 30 minutes in line in very hot weather, the attendant refused to enter the ticket code because the machine was unable to register the bar code, it was only possible to pay because another attendant came to enter the code later, I complained a lot on the spot all the people in the queue found her attitude absurd, I will never return to this unit.
