Estava falando com o representante, passou para o gerente de vendas e deixam o cliente da loja sem solução. O lojista precisa resolver tudo com o cliente. Não indico nem de graça produtos de má qualidade.
This company treats its customers with carelessness. I am a shopkeeper, and when there is a problem with the quality of the product, no one solves it. I was talking to the rep, passed it on to the sales manager and they leave the store customer unresolved. The shopkeeper needs to resolve everything with the customer. I don't even recommend poor quality products for free.
