Provavelmente não voltaremos mais a loja

Na entrada da loja mostram sofás com um bom desconto e com opções de cores. Ao escolher o modelo Amsterdã de 2,5 metros descubro que não tem estoque em nenhuma loja em nenhuma cor. Ao questionar a supervisora Tatiana porque não colocam uma placa no anúncio com o informativo de esgotado, ela simplesmente diz para eu procurar o SAC e vira as costas. Considero um erro ofertar um produto sem estoque, e ainda pior não atualizar quanto a sua indisponibilidade. Além da falta de educação e despreparo da funcionária.
