★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente decepcionada com o serviço desta loja, quando ligamos para cobrar dizem mentiras, q já estava com o produto a caminho e várias vezes, não só uma, já faz mais de 2 meses que fizemos o pedido de porta e janelas, colocaram produtos danificados, sem nenhum zelo, além de que fizeram o serviço pela mentade e ficarm enrolando vários dias, não recomendo, não pedi desconto, não chorei pra abaixar preço, paguei o valor pedido sem questionar, e fui tratada desta forma
 I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this store, when we called to collect they tell lies, I already had the product on the way and several times, not just once, it's been more than 2 months since we ordered a door and windows, they placed damaged products , without any zeal, in addition to the fact that they did the job for themselves and kept stalling for several days, I don't recommend it, I didn't ask for a discount, I didn't cry to lower the price, I paid the requested amount without questioning, and I was treated this way

I don't recommend it, I ordered a door 2 months ago and they're getting into trouble with the delivery, they promise a deadline and they don't fulfill the agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Meu sogro fez uma compra de mais de 2.000 reais,ficou faltando um basculante e até hj não entregaram,são mentirosos,falam que vão entregar e não entregam. Não comprem deles,o barato vai sair caro.
Awful. My father-in-law made a purchase of more than 2,000 reais, a tipper was missing and until today they haven't delivered, they are liars, they say they will deliver and they don't deliver. Don't buy from them, the cheap will be expensive.
